Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Nevada

I LOVE Caprioti's food... but every time I go in to order food, I remember why loving their food is not enough to bring them my business very often. They always have an attitude that suggests they are irritated to have to be serving customers. They are impatient and assuptive. They have gotten my order wrong so many times because the moment I mention the sandwich I would like, they rattle off what it comes with and are already writing it down as if there's no chance I would want it a different way. If I do make changes, they seem irritated to have to accommodate me. They never smile. They seem to say things like " have a nice day" because some nasty overlord in the back might crack a whip at them if they don't, not because they actually hope I'll have a nice day. I never WANT to go into a Caprioti's, especially this location, any more. I usually end up doing so because others I'm sharing a meal with want food from there. Terrible. Management REALLY needs tp spend some of the energy they clearly spent on their food on investing in a better...

I hate to give any capriottis one star and maybe my review is outdated (because it wasnt listed last time i looked) but man... the lunch crew that I experienced during my lunch back in April was horrrrrrible.... I had to walk out of the restaurant or I would have exploded... I bought my parents there after much ranting and raving for the first part of their vacation and the guys behind the counter RUINED it.... sounds dramatic... but I really feel like this could be the worst capriottis in the valley... Unless something has drastically changed I would not feel comfortable sending anyone in there... There is another on Blue Diamond between Buffalo and Durango.. go there... much better service...

I just went and I'm a still in the middle of my sandwich. They were in the middle of a lunch rush and the guy taking the orders was dealing with 2 phones and multiple people asking questions and he remained so calm and collected. Finishing all the questions and both phone orders without sounding frustrated or anything! Then right away moved on to taking my order and was very kind and calm asking me what he needed to know and said perfect it will be done in 4 minutes! He wasn't lying. The back kitchen staff made my sandwich just the way I ordered and was very kind also! Very impressed I'm sorry I missed your name but you were doing...
