Dalphon, a fast food employee at Carls Jr. at the Las Vegas International Airport on September 7, 2023, exhibited extremely rude behaviour while attempting to let a Starbucks employee jump ahead in line. Dalphon ignored me while waiting in line with my wife and two toddlers. He conversed with the Starbucks employee about her gout and meeting her later, neglecting his duties of taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Moreover, Dalphon displayed a lack of consideration by getting the entire order wrong, omitting fries and drinks. Instead of providing the correct items, he mistakenly offered two large drinks instead of the ordered one large and two mediums. While waiting for the correct items, hearing that other customers also encountered the wrong orders and soggy and unappetizing fries and burgers was disheartening.
I returned to my table only to discover he had put two fries in the bag instead of the three fries I ordered. I returned to the line to get my fries, which I paid for and again, I heard about another customer's unsatisfactory experience with Dalphon. I spoke to a female employee and explained Dalphon's mistake, and she corrected the order. Dalphon saw the lady bringing the fries over to me, and he aggressively shouted, "I hope you like them fresh" which made me think he may have tampered with the fries somehow. I thanked the female employee and returned to my table to eat with my family.
In addition to his incompetence in taking orders and listening skills, Dalphon failed to maintain clean tables and take responsibility for his mistakes. Dalphon's behaviour is unacceptable and certainly not reflective of a competent employee at a fast-food restaurant.
Due to Dalphon's performance as a fast food employee at Carl Jr's, ordering from Carl Jr's was highly unsatisfactory. Workers must possess basic listening skills, attentiveness, accuracy and a sense of accountability. Dalphon's behaviour fell short of these expectations, making him the worst fast-food restaurant employee I have ever encountered. Read moreThe lady who was working on August 21st, 2024 at 6:30pm (I believe her name was Jordyn) was so incredibly rude and obnoxious to us from the very beginning. We were the only people in line at the time. We ordered a burger and afterwards let her know that we would like to make it a combo and she rudely snapped at us and said “WELL you didn’t say combo from the very beginning so there’s no way for me to go back and change it. It’s too late! It’s too late!” in an extremely harsh tone, as if she was scolding us. Afterwards we said “Okay that’s alright, can we just add a side of fries? Is it about the same price”, she proceeds to huff at us and says “I don’t know!”. We’d had a long day and were tired so just agreed and were passive and before paying my mom asks her “Is there any sauce we can have please”, she says “Yeah remind me to give them to you when you come to get your order after I call your number”. 10 minutes later we get our order and we ask about the sauce, like she told us to, and she snaps “What? So what sauce you do want then?!” We are Canadian flying back home to Vancouver from Harry Reid Airport and it was our first time at Carls Junior and just overall an absolutely horrible experience. Read morecame here to have a quick bite to eat before my flight. cashier walked away after my order was placed so i had to stand there awkwardly waiting to pay. then as im standing there the manager comes out and loudly says “whys everyone staring at me” and proceeded to tell us to take our phones out and video her while she stated her name, her age, and her weight after she finished eating fries off the counter. After we got our food, they messed it up, thankfully it was my family so we could switch, but the fries and waffle fries were absolutely freezing cold. all 4 fries absolutely freezing. the pop area is absolutely atrocious, just a mess everywhere. none of the pops have syrup in it, and many of them don’t have the nozzle on the machine so it sprayed all over me and my clothing. While we were sitting down trying to eat our meal, the manager constantly was yelling as a form of communication, any person she knew that walked by she’d yell and talk to them. and while she was packing orders she had her hair down flipping it everywhere. so wouldn’t be surprised if there was hair in peoples food.
