Every time I've come here the customer service and common courtesy is severely lacking. I really wonder how difficult it is to greet someone when they walk in the door, even if your busy (which they weren't).
Today, I walk in to pick up my mobile order and stand by the counter for maybe 15 minutes. Silence. The girl working the counter walks by me to fill up a coffee for another mobile order. Silence. She then goes to take 2 people's orders that walked in maybe 10 min after I got there. Silence.
I see 2 people on the food line working diligently on orders. I see what could possibly be my food placed in a bag and then LEFT THERE on the food line cutting board top for another 10 minutes while I am STILL standing there, apparently invisible.
Now, 20 min after I'm standing there, and 30 min after I placed my mobile order, a man walks in and come up next to me and the girl working the counter says to him instantly "are you picking up an order?".
Jaw dropping, right!?
She gets his order to him and then I say "I think that's my food sitting over there on the cutting board" right as the line worker grabs it and brings it to me....now cold since it's been sitting there for 15+ min.
All could have been avoided if the employees here greeted their patrons and asked if they were picking up or placing an order.

Truly the most pathetic group of workers i have ever seen. A restaurant full of people and no hustle. Biggest complaint is the heavy set Hispanic woman: she has a TERRIBLE attitude. Someone came up to ask about their order, she didn't even ask their name just said "IT ISN'T READY" then turned away. Customers were waiting to be helped but she nonchalantly walked over to get herself a coffee. Another customer came up to speak to her, and she very curtly and rudely stated that this woman "cut the whole line" even though there was only 1 man in front of her, who ended up not even being in line. After waiting like 25 minutes for an untoasted bagel, I can't believe I even said "thank you" and all I got was a cold blank stare. No organization in this restaurant and tons of unhappy customers all around me. There's a reason why this location is rated so much lower than the others in Vegas. I already reached out to management 2 weeks ago about the same issue and they obviously don't care. They literally only get the 2 stars for my bagel being fresh, and that's the BARE MINIMUM. I'm never sure when to order ahead, I like getting morning bagels before work sometimes and I figure ordering a half hour early will be perfect. Not today. And again, every time I order ahead it's super fast or takes an hour. I waited about a half hour today in the store. Employees didn't greet me. There were probably two people in the store when I came in so it wasn't crazy busy. Granted, They might have had some online orders but I ordered mine a half hour ago. I'm fairly certain they forgot about my order. At some point, I see a slip of paper with my order on it, and the lady said "this must be your order". Which it was, but the order in the bag was for another customer. I got a little bit qof sass after this, "Yes, it's obviously very busy today. And it's NOT our fault." What, are you saying it's the customers fault? Your job is to take their orders and process them. I just think I would have a better experience overall if I didn't get the snarky remarks, and they got their mobile orders processed within a reasonable timeframe.
