Very friendly staff, we had a party of 5 of us, and 2 of us arrived early. It being our first time we went in to see what the menu was like, get a feel for how this was going to get. I let them know we weren't ready as all of our party hadn't arrived yet. Stepped outside so as to not loiter (especially during COVID times) and wait for everyone else to show up. The moment we all walked in it became "all hands on deck", that was pretty awesome as well all pretty much got to enjoy our ice cream together instead of some people being half finished with theirs by the time the last of us would have gotten theirs. My son can be very plain when it comes to options but the girl behind the counter totally picked up on his vibe and made it an even more memorable experience for him, needless to say he didn't end up walking away with a cup of just vanilla ice cream. Amazing staff aside, the experience itself was kind of memorizing since you typically buy the ice cream already made. While they only had 5 flavors of cream and 4 flavors of sorbet their menu was expansive and had many choices to choose from including the option to create your own. I personally recommend the Very Berry Sorbet with Raspberries and Blackberries. For the process, including the wrist/hand work they must do, the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be visiting the next time we come to town and likely...

This ice cream shop has a unique way to serve ice cream. A mixture of warm ice cream is poured onto an ice cold "grill", spread out expertly then spread out with putty knives until it is nearly frozen. Then it is rolled up into 5 rolls and served that way. You would have to see it being done, I can't describe it in words.

I ordered German Chocolate with coconut but with out pecans. It was made expertly and served in a small plastic bowl. Unfortunately the chocolate syrup topping was applied to heavily and was running down the sides of the bowl. Whadda mess I found out later.

I intended to eat it there but there were no tables nor booths even though there is space enough for about four or five. Must be Covid hangover as with many places these days. There were three waiting chairs so I grabbed one, set the sundae down on the next chair and then I noticed the mess of chocolate syrup.

Shortly a family of 6 came in, ordered, apparently intending to eat there also so they came back where I was but only two chairs; the rest had to stand.

I like the concept of rolled ice cream but this place ought to attend more to the needs of their customers. Generally, people intend to eat ice cream "here" not "to go" because it can get...

We celebrated my daughterโ€™s birthday here tonight. Frost n roll is her favorite, so we invited 20 of our friends and family to join us there. I called to give them a heads up 2 days before we planned to go. The manager, Sergio, called me back and let me know that he arranged his staff at the time to meet our partyโ€™s needs. He also offered to take our orders ahead of time to allow the staff to prepare the ice cream ahead of time, so we wouldnโ€™t have to wait. I was able to gather the orders from the group and provide 18 ice cream orders to Sergio a few hours before we planned to be there. The shop was busy when we got there, but once Sergio saw us, he started pulling our completed orders out of the freezer. Everything was ready for us! It was delicious - everyone enjoyed their ice cream and we had a great time! It was totally worth it to call ahead and work with Sergio - THANK YOU!! The shop was pretty busy the whole time we were there, so we would have caused a huge traffic jam if we didnโ€™t call ahead. I would definitely absolutely recommend the delicious rolled ice cream and great selection! Great service and...

Very disappointing ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿฝ Left after not being served (nor greeted) waiting patiently for 18 mins, with only one customer ahead of us ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜– We visit this place once a month, and have never had a terrible experience. Weโ€™ve even waited 30 mins to be served, but we were promptly greeted and all team members working as a team to assist valued guests. Understanding that croffle takes extra time, there were 2 employees (one female assisting croffle customer, and the other (male) didnโ€™t stop to greet/acknowledge us, nor look to assist us (2 adults, 2 children). I understand that our ticket total wouldโ€™ve only been ~$46 and no sweat if we left to take our business to the gas station for ice cream; rather frustrating because I rave about this hole in the wall, bringing 1st time acquaintances to try something different for dessert. What I donโ€™t understand is why the male employee would want to (or think) itโ€™s ok to ensure everything is restock, walk back and forth in front of us, instead of using another available spot to roll our order!?? Interesting! Textured ice dessert. $8ish and good enough to share with another as a snack. Natural ingredients are used instead like organic agave as their sweetener. And they have dairy-free options like the sherbets. Open late. I'm not an ice cream fan, but I do enjoy traditional shaves ice with real fruits and such. I would be considered a pastry lover when it comes to desserts. So frost n' roll was a nice surprise as a cold icy dessert but with texture due to how it's carved in layers. We got the Mango Tango Sherbet $8ish for a cup. In the making -- #1 with fruits. #2 puree fruit juice added. #3 to spread it out to ice up and shave around. #4 spread it all out to carve into rolls. We say I leaned toward sweet then sour, and so the staff added less lemon puree into it. However, it was still too sour for us. Next time, we'll order just the mango sherbet only with some fruits, and see if there is a way to make it less sweet, or water it down a bit.
