Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Nevada

I actually have been to this location twice. I’m a frequent consumer of Jersey Mikes. I love the freshness of the sandwiches. Today was a bad day going in. The two gals that were working was a bit overwhelmed. The gal taking my order was talking to her friend while serving me. Unprofessional as she should have had him wait because it was so busy and filled with people eating n waiting to be served. Instead we had to listen to their conversation etc. The other gal who had the job of toppings totally got my order mixed up with an order after mines. Like other locations where one customer is taken care of one by one, she proceeded to help another customer with their sandwich. Moving down the line together. Then proceeded to cut both of our sandwich’s as if we were together. Not the case. I plainly told her it was two separate bills. After such a mess up with my sandwich. I paid! She discounted me for the mix up. That was nice of her. I then went to sit down and noticed the knife she used to cut our sandwiches was still on the counter top. Unsafe and dangerous. Needless to say not even sanitized after every cut like other locations. I sat there for the remaining half hour eating my meal. The knife stayed on the counter cut after cut. This place needs training about safety & cleanliness. This location is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen any Jersey Mikes. I feel bad for the owner as he/she shouldn’t have workers like...

I tried to go here for lunch one day while my wife was getting poké next door. There were only two customers in the restaurant, but the two employees were so slammed with online orders or something they didn't even take my order before my wife came walking in from next door with all her food. YOU HAVE GOT TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. YOU ARE UNDERSTAFFED. I was afraid to even order a hot sandwich because the two guys working could barely keep up with cutting meat and cheese. I can't imagine how it would have fallen apart if they had to go to the grill and make a Philly. I left and drove to another sandwich shop at Eastern and St Rose where they consistently make every order in under ten minutes and went home. I'm guessing I actually SAVED myself time by doing this. My wife had a meeting to get to, so I didn't have time to stand around looking at your UNDERSTAFFED workers drowning in lunch orders. This restaurant is obviously mismanaged and not worth my...

Honestly I’m always coming to this location and it’s always filled with workers, but today there was only One person today Zachary (Who might I added a fantastic job). He made sure take care of the people who are in line 1st and then do the pick up orders. I didn’t mind waiting longer for mine. I had a kind of difficult order, but he said he called his boss three times no answer and the store manager didn’t schedule anybody from that timeframe. I’m sorry as an ex Assistant manager of a fast food joint I always ensure during our busy times there are more than one person working. Shame on the store manager for not scheduling them, They need to be reprimanded or properly trained. Zack on the other hand needs a promotion or a raise or something. He did a fantastic job.
