Was literally the worst experience of my life. I ordered food they come out and they're rude and then I asked for the rest of my food because they made a mistake and didn't bring me my fries and the lady gives me attitude and tries telling me that my meal doesn't come with a fry. Then she takes my order inside the building and comes back out and says I got you a small fry in there I ordered a medium fry so didn't understand why I got a small fry then she gave me more attitude when I told her that she made another mistake and she went inside the building and brought me back up my medium fry I said goodbye thank you and she didn't say a word to me. That was really rude. also when I asked the lady to bring me out my price you was rummaging through the bags with with no gloves on. then when I looked behind the counter at the people that are managing the actual countertop I noticed that none of them are wearing gloves either and they're putting fries and burgers inside people's bags and that's kind of disgusting to me. what makes things even worse is the fact that every single time I go to the Pahrump McDonald's they always mess up my order and they always make me pull up front no matter what it is that I order I have to pull up front it could be one item and I still have to pull up and park in the Reserve parking. And finally you order food and you come back and your fries are always in about half half of what you're asking for their not giving you all the food that you pay for I want a large fry and one of my large fry. in my opinion the Pahrump McDonald's is literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been at in my life. So the phrase have it your way is a lie in Pahrump. I asked them to put each of the meals in separate bag because I am a mother and I am driving so I will not have to sort out the food. I reminded them at the second window that I needed it in separate bags. I then got parked. It took them about 10 minutes to bring me my food out in ONE bag and they just threw the extra bag inside of the one bag that was nothing but laziness. I then looked through the bag while I was sitting there there were no dipping sauces in the bag so I called in to the McDonald’s asking if they could bring them out because I have a baby and two other children in the car the guy said OK we’ll be right out in just a second… 10 minutes went by. Nobody came out so I sent my daughter in to get the sauce. She was in there for about 5 to 10 minutes so I then got upset got out of the car and had the flag down one of the employees telling her that I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes for simple sauce. The girl cut me off while I was talking and said what kind of sauces are they went and grab them put them in my hand without an apology and turned around with an attitude. I said no apology. Oh, OK when I turned around, the girl said sorry we’re short staff. I then told her that that’s not an excuse. My first job was at McDonald’s and it doesn’t matter how behind you are. Customer service is priority. Fast food has gone downhill because these kids do not care about their job. Read moreOrdered through the App. Chose table side service where they bring the food out to you. They left the bag on the counter in the front with my table number on it instead of bringing it out. Could have been easily tampered with or taken by another guest. Went to the front later to ask for water. Waited and ignored by every worker as they passed the counter several times. I verbally confronted one and asked for help. After asking for water, an employee said that someone else would help me eventually I just needed to wait. Person behind me in line got impatient too and asked for a straw which was given to her before anyone helped me. Asked again and eventually was given water. The workers are clearly trained to ignore customers unless they are verbally confronted or you get in their way to stop them. This kind of customer service could easily lead to altercations. If there was a customer with a medical emergency, I don’t think an employee would help. Which could lead to legal issues. If you’re wanting something, your best bet is to stand where the employees exit the kitchen area and block them from going into the kitchen area. They would then have to pay attention to you. I suggest forming a line there. The kiosk in the middle of the store where they SHOULD have an employee who can take your order NEVER had an employee at it.
