Ohana Hawaiian BBQ — Restaurant in Nevada

Restaurant and staff are fine. Tired ordering a BBQ CHICKEN and BBQ BEEF half and half over the phone, accidently said I wanted BBQ pork and staff proceeded to place order without correcting or clarifying with me. upon PAYING and returning home and opening order I found that it contained BBQ chicken and KALUA PORK and when I dialed back the same employee claimed that he attempted to clarify with me but I don't recall such an attempt being made. First off, who mistakes KALUA for BBQ, like If I had mistaken that then sure but that implies that I wanted that disgusting Kalua Pork as opposed to anything BBQ related which is the only reason that people eat at Ohana and L&L. And Second, what kind of employee just rolls with that, like If I worked in a job and a customer told me BBQ pork and we didn't have it on the menu I wouldn't just think "Oh, we don't have that, but I bet he wants the KALUA PORK so Ill mark that without asking him." The amount of brain cells exploding within my head just thinking about the overall autism I experienced within what should've been a calm and simple dinner is killing me. Just make sure to order correctly and not screw yourself over with this overly moist kalua pork because I feel bad for the rats and roaches that'll have to eat it out...

This location is absolutely horrible!!!!

Our order was delivered a third party app. There was a certain sauce that was missed in our order, and we called to verify why the sauce was wrong... NOT only was the employee that answered the phone extremely unreasonable and rude, but he gave the wrong information.

The sauce that was given to us for chicken katsu was not supposed to go with the order or anything any human consumes for that matter. The restraunt was called, and the employee who received the call said everything was correct and doesn't know the menu.

The sauce that was given to us was green and extremely nasty. Whatever mystery sauce that was given would never go with anything. It was so gross and was thrown away.

I am no foodie, but the party I am with knows what's up, and if they complain about something you know, it means something is wrong.

I went to the restaurant for this particular visit. Carryout only, dining room is closed but you can still wait inside for your order or if you're picking up. Prior to covid, I would say, I come to this place about twice a month. During locked down, I had food delivered through GrubHub countless times. Obviously, food is always amazing. I rotate between Loco moco, Chicken Katsu, Garlic Mahi Mahi and all of their BBQs. Although most Hawaiian restaurant "staples" pretty much taste the same, at least to me. Why I go to this Hawaiian place is because of the quality, consistency and fast service. When I'm hangry and there's no room for food order mistakes, it only takes 1 button (express reorder) and I'm confident that in less than 45mins, I have food to eat that I love and will not disappoint and for something that simple yet very crucial detail, it's what...
