Absolutely fantastic experience at Pho and Beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The decor is charming, with subtle nods to Vietnamese culture that make the ambiance both authentic and comfortable.
The star of the show, of course, is the pho. The broth is rich and flavorful, clearly simmered to perfection with a depth of taste that speaks to a true understanding of the craft. The beef was tender and juicy, while the noodles had the perfect bite. The fresh herbs and bean sprouts added a delightful crunch and freshness that balanced the hearty soup wonderfully.
I also tried the spring rolls, which were crisp and delicious, accompanied by a tangy peanut dipping sauce that complemented them perfectly. The menu offers a great variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a pho aficionado or a newcomer.
Service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing recommendations and ensuring that every part of the meal was to our satisfaction. I appreciated the quick service without feeling rushed, making it a great spot for both a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner.
Overall, Pho and Beyond is a gem of a restaurant that offers an authentic and delightful culinary experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or just looking for a comforting, delicious meal, this is the...
Read moreREVIEWS FOR THIS PLACE ARE PADDED Restaurant experience was horrid. To give some background, I am of Asian descent. I have experience working in the restaurant business. I was ecstatic when I saw the ratings and wanted to enjoy eating food from my own country. Upon arriving me and my party were greeted and given the regular water and menus. Everything went smooth up until the point of getting our food. It took 30-40 minutes for my food to come. We had to ASK for our empty bottles to be replaced. My friend is allergic to shellfish (upon me testing was also old and had a very fishy taste) but also received half of what the “pictures” described (it was missing 2 eggs and had scraps of roast pork). But what wasn’t was the false advertising. The other friend was also missing MAIN parts (there was not a single piece of chicken) of the meal. My food specifically was made old, the rice on my platter was hard AND dry and the beef(which was at least tender) that I had was cooked on a dirty surface. You can taste the old caked grease on the beef, similar to eating at dirty hibachi grills. The dish was $19! So when I approached the manager about my meal and asked for a replacement, they never came back after another 40 minutes and I was forced to pay full price for the other two mistakes. If you’re in the mood for Vietnamese cuisine, I cannot and will not recommend this place. Disgraceful...
Read moreYesterday I ordered via Postmates dinner for my dad and I around 9pm.
It was our first time eating at Pho and Beyond. We had seen the reviews on Google and Yelp and were very excited to try a new Vietnamese restaurant. Especially one with such positive reviews.
I ordered for us the vermicelli with beef, the chicken wings, and the shrimp spring roll.
The spring rolls were delicious- very fresh ingredients. The wings were tasty as well. However, upon trying the beef vermicelli dish, the beef was absolutely inedible. It was so chewy, I’d say honestly half of it was thrown away and only the vermicelli and veggies was eaten.
It was a beautiful presentation the way the food arrived, as well as the packaging. I could tell they take much pride in how they send out even their delivery orders.
But the meat was just terrible. Not sure if we unluckily got a bad piece from your supplier, but it really dampened an otherwise pleasant meal. And although the prices are reasonable, paying over $20 + tax and tip and surcharges for just vermicelli and veggies was a big disappointment.
Instead of posting a bad review on Google at first, I emailed the business. No reply, so here we are.
As a first time customer, you can only make a good first impression one time. If a customer like myself has a bad first experience, they likely...
