Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Summerlin South

Only because this place is located near my home is why I even go here. Every time I go here The service gets worse and worse they have a bunch of young adults working with no will what-so-ever to provide not even the minimum of customer service. My family and tried to call to pre-order our meal before we picked it up. A girl answered the phone and hung up on me after I asked for a pick up order, and when I tried to call back she never answered. So we arrived a few moments later to observe four employees standing around In a huddle not working. The restaurant area was empty with no customers seated. No one geeted us AT ALL. We walked over to the To-Go area in which was not manned by an employee as the "To- Go" phone continued to ring. We had to wait even longer to the fact that we had to look over and ask the huddled group for some service. A young white female adult finally came over to assist (she didn't look eager to help at all btw) we politely ordered our food as she had a heinous frown on her face the entire time. As we waited, we observed a young Hispanic female adult sitting on the table where guests eat their food while she ate food out of a To-Go container. We observed another employee walk over to the phones as they continued to ring, she looked at the phone and then she turned and walked back to the emoloyee area. The young white female adult finally comes back over to the To-Go area, answers the phone and hangs up aggressibly on another customer and walked back to the employee area. After being in the restaurant for about an hour we finally got our food and they still didn't get the order right even though on the receipt, everything was correct. I believe by the continuous bad stares they heard our negative comments about the service that they intentionally gave spicy BBQ instead of honey BBQ for my child's meal. I enjoy spicy food and even this had a Higher than normal spice for me. They still managed to make everything in our order the opposite of what we asked for. We managed to ask the young white female adult on why everyone seems to look so unwilling to work in which she replied with a careless look on her face "We're getting ready to close and we're just trying to get the orders out" (we were there at 10:45pm on a Friday btw) the only employee who was actually working and providing customer service was a white male with a beard. We watched him hustle and work multiple tasks while still providing customer service to the guests that arrived after us. I've had better service at the north Las Vegas location on a busy night. Even with the almost max capacity of customers. I still received my food in a reasonable time. The employees who were overworked still took the time to provide great service and was appoligetic for any delay of service. Your employees can learn a thing or two from this location. This place used to be our favorite. Unfortunately this location just keeps getting worse and worse. Waited at the door to be seated with no acknowledgment for 8 minutes. Once we were seated the server was friendly and took our drink order. This went well but the server took off before we could order our appetizers. He returned with drinks and then ran off again before we could order apps. He returned shortly with one of our drinks from the bar and we were able to ask to order appetizers before he ran off again. He returned right away with silverware & plates. We were very hopeful since the last 2 times we were in we had to wait 10+ minutes to get silverware AFTER having our food. We didn't see the server again until a full trivia round after finishing our appetizers. We then could finally order our food. Every single item was brought out one at a time. With 6 minutes between the first delivery and the next. Then 4 more minutes for the next item and do on. It was 27 minutes from the first person in my family receiving their food to the last person. Drinks were empty for 15 minutes before we finally were able to ask for refills. No one that dropped food off waited long enough for us to let them know we needed anything and no one offered. For being in the service capital of the world this place is ridiculous. Don't bother wasting your time. This place sucks. I'm still sitting on the restaurant while I'm writing this and can't even find a...

We came in around 2 - 2:15pm today and the we ordered with the female waitress. Getting drinks wasn't the problem the first time around we even ordered food after she brought the drinks the first time. It took more than 30mins to get our food. And we had to ask for boxes before we got our food as we had to leave as our time ran out. Two other tables got all their food and refills way before we got ours even though we were seated first and she took our drink order first. We didn't get our food til close to 3pm. Our appetizers at least should have came out before our main course. I don't know if the cooks were the problem or the waitress but both were bad today. And she never came back to our table to check on us or give refill of drinks. It was not even that busy inside so I don't know what the hold up is. She was obviously faster to get the boxes and check for us when we had to get her attention and we were getting ready to walk out. She gave everything the other tables asked for but didn't come back to us. I didnt think the 2 times I was here both times would bad service. I gave two chances. We had to rush to get back work. Never again coming back to this location. If the waitress had a problem serving us she should've given our table to the other server. I gave her a better tip than she deserved because I know she needs to make a f**king living and it is hard to make ends...
