Visited Starbucks for a dessert and coffee, quick food and before closing. Have only been in this Starbucks twice and amazingly bad service still Arrived late but before closing.... No desserts visible but was told they were thrown out, You don't want stale food do you?" Funny, food from the day still in the refrigerator section. So, all food not thrown out at end of day. Day old refrigerated food not the highest quality. Allowed to place an order, pay for it, and sit down to eat for a few minutes. Soon, we were informed by 1st staff they close in 5 minutes. Five minutes later, 2nd staff person walks up to tell us they were closed, while we were still eating and that we needed to leave. I did mention we would be out in 5 minutes to finish our food. "NO, you need to leave now!" Was the response... "If you don't leave I'm going to call the police." Now we are being threatened. 3rd person comes out to enforce that we need to leave now. "We are closed and you need to leave." It is customary for restaurants to allow patrons to sit and eat their meals and finish. If the restaurant is closed, patrons are escorted out, and the door is locked. There are no threats to call police. This Starbucks staff violated Starbucks 10 minute policy rule. Patrons are not pushed out at closing time. There is a 10 minute time after closing to let people leave and enter 10 minutes before opening.. Bad representation by...
Read moreTo say I love SB is an understatement! it's a necessity at this point...however; this specific SB store#56049 has the best customer service overall from all of the SB's franchises. My spouse and I spend on average $250.00 per week on SB. We live in Texas but work in different states. Hands down this little SB store has given me the highest echelon of customer service unlike our Texas, home, franchise and Oklahoma franchise. Both Texas and OKC franchises were good but to achieve greatness status I urge the SB franchise to specifically monetize and promote two employees and have them head up the customer service experience as they truly exude and embody what a customer experience should be. You would think these two are bound to have a bad day, rite? We have been in Pahrump since February of this year and frequent SB Monday through Sunday and we have yet to see these two have a bad day! Their names are Tony and Amanda. If anyone is having a bad day and need a pick me up swing through this SB drive thru for your favorite beverage or food and I guarantee if either of these two are at the window you will leave with a smile on your face! SB store #56049, you need to take good care of these 2 because any company would love to...
Read moreThree cars in the drive thru but I made the mistake of going inside. I ordered and waited 10 minutes watching as the team made nearly 30 drinks for invisible customers who hadn't even entered the store. I watched car after car get their orders and leave. Nobody picked up any of the languishing drinks. I finally asked and the woman at the register who showed me the five orders that came in all the same time. I was insignificant in her eyes and it was made clear. Okay, this tells me the to-go orders are much more important than a living, breathing customer. I waited while they made seven more drinks and many more drive thru people got their drinks. Really? I actually own some Starbucks stock. Next time I won't make the mistake of going inside because I could have had my coffee in three or four minutes. Wonder how many people do not come bac?. We have two new coffee shops in town, Starbucks needs to take care of everyone and I felt anything but take care of or even appreciated as a long...
