McDonald's — Restaurant in New Bedford

Awful. Ordered chicken nugget happy meal and a double cheese burger. Paid with a cc and cashier did not give me a receipt. I drove up to the 2nd window to pick up food. I asked the girl for sauce for my daughter's nuggets. She rolled her eyes, didn't say anything and handed me 1 sweet and sour. I drove off and my daughter holds up a burger all confused so I drive back to McDonald's back through the drive thru to the 2nd window and handed the happy meal box to the same girl, she walked away then comes back and asked what I actually ordered. I told her chicken nugget happy meal. She says well the girl charged you for a cheeseburger so that's what you got... I told her the cashier never gave me a receipt I only know $13.12 was removed from my debit card ( apparently there is a price difference between a cheeseburger happy meal and chicken nugget happy meal)...I kindly tell her the price is irrelevant, charge me for the chicken nuggets and please fix my order. WHY DID SHE MAKE THEIR MISTAKE SO DIFFICULT FOR ME... THE SOLUTION WAS SO SIMPLE. Once I finally get back home my husband's double cheese burger was absolutely awful. The burger bun was actually stale and hard, and there were 2 slices of cold cheese that had not been melted...Overall, I absolutely do NOT recommend this McDonald's on County...

This is a some what good location depending on who is working at the time you visit. I stop here in the mornings sometimes with my daughters for breakfast. On this particular visit it was what I called a miss. I went to the drive through and ordered 2 burritos on sale as stated 2 for $2.00 and I ordered 2 Hash Browns, a small Orange Juice, 1 Chocolate Milk and a Large Coffee the order taker stated it would be $12.02 for the order. I went to pay and realized I forgot my wallet. I then remembered I have my phone with the Option to use my credit card and the cashier stated to come inside to complete the transaction and did. The manager took over to process the transaction. When it came time to pay she stated the order was $13.24. I asked why it was a $1.22 More? She stated it is because I rang it up as a combo meal. I replied why not ring it up as it (order) was placed? She replied it is too late, I already did it this way. I still being confused asked can you cancel this order and re-ring it up the other way? She replied do you want the order or not. Now that it took 10 plus minutes to go through this I paid the higher price in order for my kids not to be late for school and be able to eat their breakfast. So this is why I rated this location 2 stars...

Sad to say that the people left to run this location do not know how to properly treat the customers nevermind not get the order incorrect on most occasions then have very disrespectful responses when approached about correcting the mistakes. My mother-in-law took my 4 year old daughter in to use the rest room while my fiance was in the drive thru. Even though we spend money here weekly buying my child kids meals and my fiance was making a purchase at that moment they denied my 4 year old the use of either bathroom stating they were for employees only. The fact that my 4 year old was able to express to me that the lady was mean says it all. For a child that young to be able to tell someone just doesn't care is really sad. This location has been a disappointment for a long time with no good oversite. Corporate or whoever owns this place needs to get it in proper working order for a change. And maybe teach them.how to treat the people who make sure they can feed themselves and...
