Arby's — Restaurant in New Berlin

Picked up food from the drive through 11/3/24 at approximately 2:15pm. Ordered five roast beefs and fries. Asked for 15 horsey sauces for our sandwiches. Got home and was only given one. One sauce for 5 sandwiches? It would have made more sense if they forgot them. Drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant. Pulled up directly to the drive through window and beeped the horn. Employees were sitting on counters, which is unsanitary to say the least, talking and looking at each others phones. One employee came to the window while the others didn't even acknowledge a customer was present and continued sitting on the counters, deep in conversation. Explained the situation and given some sauce. No apology given! Meanwhile our food remained sitting at home and cold when we were able to eat. These particular employees had no pride in what they are doing or customer service skills. Bad experience to say the least. Will not be back to...

This Arby's service worker at the window was friendly, cheerful and knew Arbys coupon special. Was able to explain what I requested. Arbys in west allis ( 60th and national ave.)was awful. Told me to drive off when I repeated the coupon special that I want 2 orders for 8.99 ( meal for 2) she didn't get what I said when I said I should have 2 orders. She kept saying that is for 2. And I said - listen to what I said - I want 2 orders. She said -you listen. And when I said just put in one and then put in another order . it was before I drove all the way to Beloit road Arbys. . Finally she told me to drive off when I repeated I need for four persons- 2 orders and what doesn't she get. Kept saying it's already for 2. But the Arby's at Beloit was great. She knew the coupons and specials. I drove over there after west allis. Disappointed the new Arby's at 76 & Rawson which we go -change -no dine in. Never going back to the one...

The employees that work there are absolutely wonderful. Jaz who usually works the register is always super sweet, kind, and always makes me feel great when I come in! There’s also a few other young men there during lunchtime, and the afternoon who ALWAYS greet me, and say, “Welcome to Arby’s!”

The staff here is attentive, even when they hit a lunch rush. The employees here work together so well, you can tell they get along to get the work done. The store always looks nice, clean, and is a huge reason I have no problem going in and ordering!

I genuinely believe the staff at this Arby’s location sets an example for customer service, they’re always professional, and kind, and that is a huge deal. You guys deserve the best for giving such above and beyond...
