My son and family used to go here a lot, a few times a month. However, recently things have changed and the customer service and food have gone down, while the prices, have skyrocketed.
About a month ago, my son and I stopped in for wings and a burger for son. We get there and the server sat us down and informed us that they no longer have menus, that you need to scan the QR code. Which is interesting, because they have hard copy alcohol menus on every table. I explained to the host or server that I want a physical copy. She was rude and said that they no longer have menus. Isaid I have poor eyesight even with my glasses and I can't read a small menu on a phone, even with good eyes. She still was rude and refused to give me a menu. I protested and said, I would leave then. Finally, she went back and gave my son and menus.
Additionally, at the time it was just a few people inside. We finally got our menus and it took awhile for the server to acknowledge us, get us drinks. Then take our order. I ordered about a dozen of the hottest wings, and for what they charge now definitely not worth it. My wings were very small, barely sauced. You guys used to have decent size wings, these were not. With the lack of sauce, they were pretty sub par and nothing special, especially for the price you pay now. My son got a kids burger, asked for no cheese on his burger and they still put cheese on there. Plus they were hard as a hockey puck. Needless to say we left disappointed.
I always give a place another chance, so myself and my wife tried coming back a few weeks later. Again we were sat and told they no longer have physical menus. I said, yes you do because just two weeks ago, you gave me one. Again, more rude staff protesting they don't have menus. After two minutes and we said we were going to leave, she grabbed them after being rude to us so we decided to leave.
Many of your customers, myself included and the elderly, can't read those QR code menus, let alone have the technology. You put your drinking menus on every table but you got rid of your physical menus? To scan a stupid QR code on a small phone and we are supposed to read that and order, makes no sense. You need to train your staff properly, drop their attitudes and don't lie. You're in the business of customer service, then why alienate them? I ask for a menu and you have one, end of discussion. It should be an option for both. No I don't want to try to read the 15 different sauces you have on my phone and have to blow it up. Especially when I have poor eyesight and can barely read my phone, even with glasses.
Lastly, to be honest this could be a violation of Americans With Disabilities Act, because I have disability with my eye sight, and you forcing me or others to use my phone to scan the menu and which I can not read, violates accommodations for my disability. My suggestion fix the problem and until then, I...
Read moreDay: 4/29/16/Friday Time: 7:15-8:15pm Overall, this is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been too. We went on a Friday night at 7:30, so naturally it was very busy and we had to scream to even try to have a conversation. It took our waiter Patrick five minutes to approach us because he was also the barback that night. He was extremely rude throughout the meal and never asked us a single thing, only told. Example: "I'll give you a few more minutes to order", although we were ready to order. We both ordered burgers which took only about 10 minutes to come out, which was the best part of the night by far. After looking at the menu I decided to order the Cheese Curd Burger. When the burger arrived, it only had THREE small cheese curds on top of it, certainly not enough to call it a "cheese curd burger." After minutes of trying to flag down our waiter I asked if this was really what it was supposed to look like and he had said yes, but he would get me a few more. Without my knowledge a few moments later the General Manager came over to talk to us. I have worked in Pub and Grills for years now and I know what a burger should look like and that there is a certain thing called "truth in menu" meaning the picture in the menu (portion sizes, ingredients) should all be accurate. She promised me that there were 3 ounces of cheese curds on my burger however I know for a fact it was maybe two ounces if they were lucky. She was extremely rude as well, and never apologized for one thing. The first thing any person should do when there is a problem is at least say sorry, which we did not get any of. After a few more minutes she came out and dropped the extra cheese curds on our table without saying a word. After eating and waiting another five minutes for our empty waters to be filled, our waiter came back and took my girlfriends plate while there was still food on it without even asking or saying a word and was gone before we could even say anything to him. Overall the worst experience I've had eating out anywhere lately. I would not recommend eating here because you will be disappointed. Terrible servers as well as...
Read moreCame to eat after an appointment, the host was in a bad mood, or just doesn’t want to be at work (purple hair lady). Customers behind us seen we were waiting to be sat and they mention to the host, we are 2 and as she was looking on the sheet to put me and my daughter and grandpa at a table she mumbled under her breath “yea I can only seat one group at a time” I get it yes you can only seat one group at a time but that’s something you should keep to yourself. Next week had Lauren as our waitress at table 122, our order number on the receipt is 70020 She was very rushy, her verbal communication is terrible, the minute we order our food we were told it possible won’t come out all at once, the restaurant at 4pm only consisted of 4 guest she walks away as we are still speaking, only gave us one option to pay “online” after I asked her if we can pay in the restaurant with our card it was an issue, she says it will only be online pay in the future. So when we got our paper receipt she avoided us for a good 20 minutes, made us wait a while before checking us out, we watched how drastic her demeanor changed as she took care of other table she was very happy and happy to serve them but when it came to my table is was the complete opposite, she made eye contact with us many times in between knowing I showed her the card that we are ready to pay and she took her sweet time with other guest and then took her time clearing off tables I had to walk up to her and give her my card just so she could get the hint that I’m ready to go, my 8month old daughter was getting fussy. Overall she is terrible and needs to find an occupation that best suits her and...
