Subway — Restaurant in New Berlin

This is convoluted, but I tried to order the CBR on the app along with a bunch of other stuff. For myself, I ordered two sandwiches; one for now (6" meatball with extra meatballs), and a CBR (foot long, CBR, toasted, +sauces) for later at work that night Right off I was disappointed that for my 2$ "extra" meant 1 meatball - 4 total. And not like your italian restaurant meatballs, but your bag of meatballs at the grocery store meatball - just so small. Not quite boyardee small, but twice that size. Anyhow, the CBR was all wrong. I didn't ask for veggies it had all veggies. I don't know what else was on it but it was awful. So, I thought I'd take it back the next day after work and get what I wanted - bemoan the app, and maybe get a cookie for my troubles since Im driving from the eastern side of milwaukee.

It was just opening, no one was there but one employee. I had my order number and hoped that would be enough. To her credit, she did offer to make me a new sandwich, but she kept dragging it out, going through the receipts, in what seemed to be passive resistance. I finally just took my old sandwich, left in a huff, and ended up offering it to two families of geese and goslings on in the shopping center's grounds - it should feed someone but it wasn't...

Would never order here again. I ordered via subway app I waited a hr and half for someone to deliver my food and still no one delivered j called store to see if my order was ready gentlemen who answered phone was very rude and said what do you want we don’t deliver here. I asked if my food was ready he said talk to door dash driver. Asked if he was manager stated no what aren’t you understanding how many times I have to tell you. Very unprofessional if I could pick my food up I would but I did deliver due to having Covid. Asked if k could get refund for deliver fee if I had someone pick up he said how many times i tell you already. Very...

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Went during lunch on a Saturday and there were two employees working. There was 1 person in front of us picking up an order and it took OVER HALF AN HOUR for us to get our food because the cashier couldn’t figure out how to ring it up and they didn’t speak English. To top it off, they wouldn’t let my son take a bottled juice with his meal. They took it away from him and said he could only have a juice box. That is the LEAST they could have done for the inconvenience. I called the owner and he did not apologize, nor attempt to “make it right” as stated on the receipt. Clearly don’t care...
