We were in last month to purchase a prepaid phone for our daughter. The sign stated that the phone would be free after a $75 prepaid card. When we inquired about it we were told that was not the case. We pointed out that it was on the sign and told that promotion had ended. They had to get the phone from another store so we left for a few hours and came back. When we came back, they had blacked out the promotion on the sign. I asked again about it when we were paying and was told there was nothing they could do about the prepaid card. I asked to credit the price of the phone or credit my existing account. I was told by the manager on duty neither were possible. Other stores we shop at gladly honor advertised prices even if they offer is no longer available but they didn’t remove the sign. Read moreTwo and a half weeks after I made a cash payment at this US Cellular location, my account has still not been credited and I had my service shut off overnight for not making a payment I made a week before. This location is harming US Cellular and not sending them the money I paid now 12 days ago. It has been reported to US Cellular for them to take action. When I pay cash on my account and have a receipt, I expect it to be credited to my account then or maybe later that day. Knowing I left this review they have still not done anything. They have my money, I have no credit to my account and was shut off. This store deserves ZERO stars.

Mine was very outdated my todays standards (I phone 7S,) and it made it challenging for the upgrade, since I could no longer enable any type of WiFi on it. However, Drew was very professional and knowledgeable, and he was able to accomplish it thankfully. We used to go to the corporate store in Brookfield in the past, but we decided to give this location a shot, hoping it wouldn’t be too busy. We were very glad we did in many ways. Drew and his associate Payton, were very friendly, professional, and helpful, and answered all our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend this location and the staff there. Our overall experience was top notch, and this will be our go to store in the future....
