I placed my order at 8:42, and that my order would be ready at 9pm. I got there at 8:55 and the place was empty. I walked to the counter and was at the counter for about 10 seconds before a lady appeared from the left side of the restaurant asking could she help me. I told her I was picking up an order and she said he working on it. I could see on the screen that my order was in the red and another order was after mine but in the yellow. There was nobody in the back at all working. About 3-4 mins later a man walks in the back asking where another workers was at. The lady said she left at 8 pm. He started fussing about she didn’t tell him she was leaving and whatever else. Another guest walks in and walk to my vehicle. At 907 I go back in to check on my order and only one is done and the other man grabs his order and leaves. At this time the female clears my order off the screen. While I was waiting in the car another guest walks in and picking up a order my order is still not complete and the guy in the back is still fussing about lady leaving and the web orders being placed on line and the lady agrees that they should be cutoff at a certain time. And then they are talking about the overtime and how lady called her talking about it and the man goes well I am going to be on the clock late because I got to do all this stuff. Then he said I got something for her when I see her. At this time I interrupted and asked how much longer for my food because it 913. The lady goes and say we been busy and I told her there was nobody in here when I came in and then the guy behind the counter goes what did she say the lady tells him and then he says to me do you want your food half done! That was so disrespectful! Nobody should have been hearing their conversation about how mad or upset they are about their job! Them having a conversation was more important than making my food! Read moreUpdate: Spent $28 on lunch for 2 then an additional $2 in the unmarked tip cup at register. My receipt says host - Jasmin and if Jasmin is a young man then that's who I dealt with. Horrible customer service. No smile and took my order as if he was forced to. I go to sit and fortunately found one table that was not dirty. He brings our food my order was wrong but I just took it by this point. We both had half a potato & asked for more butter. He picked up dirty plates from 3 tables then dumped about 15 small butters on the table. I am done with this place. The food isnt worth the money, the simple order was wrong and if you continue reading my last review the front staff is only getting worse. Now i see why theres no number or website listed for unhappy customers. Theyd get too many calls.

The positives - food is always good, on point, and fresh. The best Caesar dressing I've ever had! On most of the receipts there's a feedback number that only takes a few minutes and gives you $2 off your next order. The not so positives - the service at the front where you place your order and pay has not been pleasant for some time now. The attitude is as if you're disrupting them from something and at times the only thing they said was specific to the order. No eye contact, very short. Unpleasant. **There was a manager at one time that was super nice, walked around to tables checking on everyone. Would get refills or napkins or whatever. The store was cleaner and staff seemed happier when he was around. The last few times I've been was closer to closing time and he was not there. Read moreSo today I went in and the young lady at the counter was good like always, so I ordered King club with 2 extra mayo on the side because even though the sandwich is good I find it dry. asked for a pickle as well as a French dip and a soup. so when I got back to work I seen there was no mayo or pickle . so being at work we had no condiments and I was a little irritated and called , and the first person i spoke with was nice and said let me get my manager and when I spoke to her and explained the situation she asked what she could do to help and like I told her that because the sandwich was so dry I wouldn't be eating it and could not leave to get something else and would like a credit for another at a later date , so she said hold on and another lady came on and was like CAN I HELP YOU !! ( so after asking who I was speaking with she snapped and said I'm the GM) so I explained the whole thing for the third time and said again that I was twenty minutes away she said well I'm not replacing a perfect sandwich and I said it wasn't perfect because it wasn't the way I ordered it ! she said you can come by and get your mayo and she would give you a cookie ! now understand that yes I know its not that big of a deal to them but when you spend forty plus dollars on two sandwiches you want them right and for a GM of a store to basically just blow you off it is unprofessional. maybe they think I'm just looking for a free meal which is not the case because if that was the case I would have went...
