Starbucks drive thru is the best! My kids are contained and can still get their favorite kind of milk, while I enjoy an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk and we rock out to 90s alt rock! I have never had a wrong order here, they never accidentally give my son cow milk that he's allergic to and they've never double charged my credit card with a second larger total like another location...

A bit upset with the ways I was talked to. I understand people get trained but you dont need to act as if I was in the wrong. I was saying my order. If I needed to go slower then you can simply say. Nobody took my order for several minutes, they were not really doing much behind the counter. Nobody brought my order out for 30 minutes and when I went to ask about it, again I had to stand there waiting for someone to come and they were not apologetic and no refund or anything. Very disorganized...
