⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best birria in town!

I stumbled across Chill and Go Tacos and my tastebuds have never been the same. I tried the birria ramen for the first time here and now I can’t imagine getting it anywhere else—it’s rich, flavorful, and totally addictive. You can tell there’s real love in that broth!

The birria tacos are just as incredible—juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. I would provide photos if I had self control to take some before chowin down. And don’t even get me started on the agua fresca (mango being my favorite) is super tasty and refreshing, they’re the perfect pairing for a hot day or a spicy bite. On top of all that, the owner is super nice and professional. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He made me feel welcome right away, and the whole vibe is just good energy.

Ok so let's just say QuessaTaco (Biria) are a definite must order. Large portion and steaming hot from the griddle.

Pastor street taco are seriously upper end great not over done with style just great flavor.

We went cheeseless on the street tacos as we had the birrias which had generous cheese.

AquaFresco mango just say yes. Delicious as well.

We had Asada street taco as well but these were only ok. I would just order extra pastor or Birria style instead.

Prices were not cheap at all but I would say definitely worth the stop and stop back again tomorrow. Bravo.

Sorry no pictures we just went wild on the flavors. Fresh onion and cilantro were served separately so you can add to taste... Plenty of limes. Red sauce was very interesting and the bomb. Green was also a good sauce.

I was in the area while traveling for work. Looked up some Taco spots online and this one looked promising. It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Great service, the food came out fast and it was delicious.
