H-E-B Bakery — Restaurant in New Braunfels

Highly recommend making your orders in person. Over the phone they wrote down what they wanted and did not write down what we asked them to do. They "tried" to fix it, but didn't discount at all because "they did exactly what was written down on the order form" (...not that we even asked for a discount or wanted one). I normally don't have issues with HEB until yesterday. This young girl in the bakery was so rude. I just waited for the girl to see me so I wasn't interrupting her, and she raised her brows for me to tell her what I needed to ask . I ask, " Would you happen to know if yall have anymore of the whipped.. "no"! (she interrupted me and walked away. Seriously, I understand if you're having a bad day, but don't be rude and take it out...

HEB is always our favorite Grocery store for the best available, well stocked, and more for your money with deals and prices in general. They do a great job posting coupons throughout the store. The HEB app has the same or additional coupons along with scan in store coupons to help bring the total bill down. Friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working staff.
