Sucks. This place was disgustingly dirty. We entered in the enclosed front door area and Damn Near died from the smell of dirty bathroom and old trash. Omg. I wanted to leave but we were in a hurry so we manned thru . The inside of the restaurant didn't have that smell but it was nasty. Not that it was just dirty all on the tables but more like the place has never had a deep clean. Like they need to knock that whole mf down and start anew. It had a dirty feel. Kinda like how people just pick up at their house but never clean floors or baseboards or ceiling fans or dust anything. The dirt begins to cake up and the place starts to have a grey tinge to it. That's how the inside of this Wendy's is. They are usually bright, clean, fun and cheery feeling. Welcoming. This was just made me think death and demolish. Gross.
We were on a road trip so I HAD to face the bathrooms. It smelled terrible but a different smell from the foyer entry but again it had the grey, dirty, death and demolish look. Gross. I didn't even allow my 11 year old to use it. I made her wait. Idc. She doesn't fully know how you maneuver bathrooms to that extent yet. She still tries to not brush her teeth some days so no way was I letting her in this bathroom.
Service- dude wasn't terrible or rude but he was not warm and inviting and didn't even smile. He was like a robot but a bad robot cause he got our order wrong. Nothing Major and he did fix it. Its not something I would write a bad review over and i dont really care about smiles and warmth too much anyways. As long as they're not mean, rude or hateful idc. But since I'm here I may as well Mention it. Idk wendys rules on friendliness so whatever. I know some jobs require you to smile and be very polite. Either way. Idc about that.
Food- my burger was old and dry and gross. I didn't even finish it and I always finish these burgers. It was straight nasty. All 3 of our frosty were melted af. We did get some random extras nuggets that we didn't order but I never looked to see if we were charged for them or not. I didn't even care because the place just felt so grimy and gross. Read moreNot very happy with our 23 minute fast food experience today. We ordered and paid for our food. We were given our frostys right away and asked to pull up behind the already waiting car ahead of us. We sat and waited , we sat and waited, and then some more, until we saw the car behind us receive their food before we got ours. At this point, I am going inside. I get to front counter and young man asks how he can help, and I state" the car behind us just got their food before us. We've been here for 20 minutes.... May I ask what's going on?" The manager has come up as I was addressing young man and he asked " you have the 3 biggie bags?" I said yes and informed him we had not received our drinks and calmly stated I couldn't understand why in 20 minutes we hadn't received our order. He states they were waiting on the nuggets and fries.. . Which I've never waited 20 minutes for the same ever in previous visits. I calm down enough to answer that we'd like honey mustard, barbeque sauce for nuggets as well as ketchup and salt please. Right as I get back in car, we are presented our 3 large drinks ( the biggie bags came with small normally, so we assume this was a gesture to show gratitude for us patiently waiting. About 2 minutes later, our food is delivered and low and behold.... We got barbecue sauce, and no honey mustard for nuggets, and no ketchup or salt to be found. And to top it all off, the three Dr. Peppers tasted awful.
Severely disappointed with this experience at a " fast food" establishment that used to be capable of meeting expectations and getting orders out in a timely manner. Why ask what we'd like if you can't ensure it's given to us.
(We had to stop at Jack in the box to grab ketchup and salt. )
For all we got, and the amount we paid, we were not impressed and it's be different if they offered other services, but you don't. This was definitely something we needed to share.

Read moreWendy’s is my favorite restaurant and the food is great. Staff is friendly but there are many that are questionable. Not questionable in bad people, just questioning their level of competency. Something always goes wrong with an order and my orders are very simple. The latest issue has me writing this review. I placed my first mobile order the other day. My thirteen year old wanted to go in and pick it up. The lady at the counter tells her they didn’t receive the order and we needed to go to the other Wendy’s in town. We went to the other Wendys which told us the same thing. We go back to the original Wendy’s only to be told again that they didn’t have our order and that we had the wrong address. Finally someone with some sense came to the counter and verified we were at the right address and that they did have our mobile order. After forty five minutes, we got our food. This is only one instance of issues I have experienced. I love Wendy’s and am not the person to really mind issues especially since this particular location will make you wait at the counter for fifteen minutes before you are acknowledged but this wild goose chase was silly! Will I go back to the location? Probably just for the fact I like Wendy’s and that one is close but I always prepare for something to go wrong...
