I have ordered catered food from this location many times. It seems like every time I order something from this store they short change me. Most recently on 7/18, I placed a large order of sandwiches, chips, cookies etc. first you pay a little over $20.00 dollars for a small assortment of cookies. I ordered 4 of these that is $80 dollars for 24 cookies. I was running late so I did not check the bag when I picked up my delivery, god what a mistake. When I went to put out the food I found out I only had one box of cookies, not 4. I immediately called the store. As I was out of their driving range they told me my only option was to come back and pick them up myself. Well I had a presentation so that wasn’t an option. I asked for the money to be refunded and credited to my account. The manager said that could not be done. She did not know how to do it. But she would have an owner call me. The owner called and was so cold, very unpleasant. Like I was an inconvenience to them. He told me I had to either come pick up the cookies or forfeit my money. This is an absolute scam from this store. I will never buy from Jimmy Johns again as long as I live. You stole $60.00 dollars from me. But you will never get another dime from me. ...
Read moreGo to any other location. Rude staff, unprofessional. Asked for a side and was charged $1.78 for a small container of avocado. Went in to eat with my daughter and when the container was less than half full, I went to ask them to fill them. Was told it’s the same amount the put on a sandwich ($0.99 charge), and I could buy more. I walked away, but the staff continued to make comments about me and laughed with the manager. When I told them I could hear them (and my daughter could, too), I was told by the manager that the staff had a right to talk. There were 6 employees there and even when we left, I feel like the employee was being rude. Jumping up, laughing, dancing to open the door and yelling out after us to have a great day. I didn’t notice that special treatment to anyone else. We can all say what we want, but when the sign on the door asks customers to “respect” the staff that shows up, because the world is “understaffed”, should they not train their own staff to be respectful? Read moreI ordered a sandwich for pickup at 2:45. I was with a client which took longer than expected and didn't pick my sandwich up until 3:30 to find out they closed at 3:00. There was a sign on the door and a person looking out at me who saw that I was frustrated. Called once I was back at the office and I was told that I should have picked up my sandwich when said I would. She told me the door wasn't lock and she was waiting for me. She said she could not refund my money because they were closed. She said she didn't understand why I was upset. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her who the general manager was and she said Heather but didn't know her last name or contact information. I work across the street and my company orders a lot of sandwiches from this Jimmy Johns. I only want my money refunded.
