This food truck simply does not get the attention that it deserves. It's astounding that people still decide to go to Yale's Ramen at Becton (which, frankly, is just awful) instead of here. The broth here is incredibly thick and flavorful, and the noodles retain nice chewiness. They provide all of the traditional ramen add-ons (half-boiled egg, two pieces of chashu, narutomaki, wood ear mushrooms, and scallions). INCREDIBLE Chicken Teriyaki!! They have ramen, appetizers, and chicken entrees. The teriyaki sauce was amazing - honestly the perfect combination and wasn’t too sweet or too salty. Service was very quick and very friendly! Packaging was also very nice and durable which is greatly appreciated!! Really not sure how they manage to source such fresh ingredients in this day and age when food and ingredient quality is becoming increasingly tough to ensure. Their kitchen cleanliness is also top notch. Essentially spotless inside. Really impressed....
