5 stars for the two gentleman working tonight 03/09/2025! Very kind, Friendly, and courteous. These two are a great addition to the staff.
I can’t say the same for the rude, snotty, short haired person that felt the need to reprimand our dipper, for giving slightly too much Ice cream for a sample. As a multiple business owner myself , I know employees like this are the reason you lose good ones. There was no need for her to make the comment she did to him while he was helping me. It was unprofessional, unnecessary and demeaning to do to him in front of us. If the extra 1/2” of ice cream on the tester spoon was an issue. She should have mentioned it to him privately. This isn’t how you build moral and confidence in a new/newer employee. Even the gentleman at the register leaned over to him after the interaction and said “don’t worry man, you’re going a good job”.
I hope the owners see this and realize how bad for business...

Staff is very nice and very accomdating. They are very generous with samples and care about their product. That said, DO NOT COME HERE AND NOT GET A WAFFLE! They're icecream is good but their waffles are on a whole different level. IT'S NOT YOUR REGULAR WAFFLE! It's a home reciepe, secret waffle reciepe. The batter is actually a dough and when they cook it the waffle maker it comes out crispy on the outside with caramelized sugars on the edges and fluffy on the inside. THE WAFFLES ARE AMAZING BUT COMBINED WITH ICECREAM IT'S OUT OF THIS WORLD. I'm don't with the caps sorry. It's one of those guilty pleasures that once you take that first bite your hooked into finishing the whole thing. I promise you if you eat their waffles and ice cream you'll be hooked for life. Don't be that guy that comes here and orders ice cream in a waffle cone or a plain waffle... you'll be missing out on an incredible...

A day in my life is incomplete without I SCREAM! Nina's was definitely one of my Top 3 favorite ice creams ever! The Jack's Crack was the perfect way to ring in the fall season! Super subtle, light and ever so tasty pumpkin spice flavor that melted perfectly in your mouth letting you bask in the greatness and hold on to the moment. Chocolate bar pieces and other goodies mixed in made this to die for! The mini waffles took the experience to the next level! The waffles were like pillows from heaven that took me on a ride through the clouds. The slight crisp of the waffles and delicious flavor had me falling out of my chair. Best waffles...
