Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in New Kensington

If it was a choice I would rate NO stars. I ordered pizza the other day for my family. I Spent $68.06 just for my family to get sick. Yesterday I called foxes and spoke to a manager named John. I told him what was going on and asked him to properly inspect their products for safety Measures. He told me there was NO NEED TO INSPECT! That they keep there product maintained and their store cleaned at all times. I asked for a refund and he told me NO and said I was lying just to get free food. Mr. John boy the manager never apologized for it. Wasn't concerned about 7 kids and 4 adult getting sick because of the way they prepare their food. And don't take the proper care. All I know is I will never order their again and I contacted the Better Business Bureau, Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, The health department and I just contacted a guy named pawhich he is a Pennsylvania state inspector And I might be contacting the channel 11 news on this. That place is disgusting and those people there are imperfectional And I feel if they can't take the proper measures of caring for their food and their customers something should be done about it. I don't play about my children's health And I wouldn't want it to happen to anybody else's...

My boyfriend ordered a pizza from this business and asked the delivery man to leave his pizza at the front door and we would get it. (We had already left a tip and paid of course)

The delivery driver, did not understand my boyfriends ask to leave the pizza at the door and I guess that he had knocked a few times and got frustrated because we didn’t answer. (Honestly, we didn’t even hear, because it’s an apartment building and that is why he requested it to be left at the door.)

The delivery driver became frustrated, called his boss and was on the phone yelling at him- which we did hear and so we started walking toward the door to answer it when we heard the delivery driver yelling inappropriate things about my boyfriends race…

We just relocated here for work and this is extremely disappointing, disgusting and sad. It’s 2022- almost 2023. His pizza and not answering the door because we couldn’t hear you had nothing to do with my boyfriend and what he looks like. Shame on you for being not only rude and demeaning but representing your business and yourself in such a negative,...

I have ordered from here many of times...today first off it took over an hour to get my food... then one hoagie was burnt one side very soggy the other....and they forgot to ring up one whole hoagie their mistake I clearly said I wanted 2 whole steak n cheese...they wanted us to pay for their mistake and wait a whole other hour...woman is rude wouldnt make things right for her screw up and the food was made poorly this time. Meatball hoagie is so hard my son cant barely into it he took meatballs out n cant bite the bun its rock hard. We have spent a ton of money here....never again...save yourselves the hassle...
