Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Lenox

I just wanted to acknowledge the Manager at this location.(I believe his name is Mike but I'm not positive)I recently ran into a small problem at this location(which was no fault of anyone at dunkin). Mike proceeded to call me personally and rectified the problem to my satisfaction. He also apologized twice to me even though it wasn't necessary as it wasn't his fault or again nobody's fault at dunkin, just an unusual set of circumstances). I appreciated the apology even though it wasn't necessary, and appreciated his quick response to remedy my situation. He was a perfect example of how customer service used to be but unfortunately usually isnt anymore in this day in age. On a secondary note, I wanted to acknowledge and say thank you to the two young girls who were at the drive thru register last Friday afternoon the day I had an issue. Unfortunately I'm not good at names so I cant recall their names but they took my issue seriously, were very professional, and kind and nice and were working extremely hard as the place especially the drive thru was packed to the street. Lastly this store is run extremely well and is always my go to store for dunkin even though there are plenty to choose from. The simple reason is because of people like the manager there, the 2 girls I mentioned and I would be remiss if I didnt mention the owner as well for running such a great business. Thank you...

This is not one of the better Dunkin’ Donuts around. Staff was no help. Drive threw sign says they close at 5pm and it’s 2:30 with no one answering. Went to the window to see them inside. They looked at me like I was a mind reader and knew what they were thinking. They went back to doing what they were doing, so I knocked on the window, they looked at me again went back to doing what they were doing. I knocked again they came to the window and said (what do you want) my simple answer was a hot cup of coffee on this cold day and she said (fine hurry up) so I ordered two large hot coffees and got two large lukewarm coffees and the window was shut quickly on me and I drove away. I would just go somewhere else if You can. it’s not worth it....

I called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Haven last night to See if they had any DIY decorating donut kits. I know they had done it in the past for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for the kids to make Christmas donuts. I Wanted it to be a present from their elf on the shelf. I talked to an employee named Jesse. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He asked me if I could call him back in a half an hour because he needed to call the manager and ask if he could make one for us. I called him back later and he said that he could make one for us, and that it would be ready in the morning. I went there today with my kids to pick it up and it made their morning!
