Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in New Lenox

Stopped by the new restaurant in New Lenox for a late lunch on a week day. The menu was kind of surprising. Nothing but deep fried chicken fingers. NOTHING, no whole chicken breast, grilled chicken or anything else. They were actually very good. Very tender and moist. But small. More like chicken thumbs than fingers. I ordered a 3 finger meal. It came with bad crinkle cut fries like White Castle and a piece of fried wonder bread(huh?). They called it Texas Toast. I guess they realized that the chicken thumbs and fries doesn't really fill you up. I may be nit picking but, I would have thought the staff would have been well trained to create a good first impression. On approaching the counter, I was expecting a greeting, " Welcome" or something. The woman at the register just looked at me, I started the conversation to order, I think she thanked me, but was more of a mumble. Some of the tables and chairs are stainless steel, but when wiped down, leave a swirly stains dried on the metal, making them look gross, I wouldn't sit at one. And I don't think I'll be back. Especially because my wife is gluten intolerant, there is NOTHING...

Left this restaurant in tears today. I received a free canes for a year card at the grand opening of this location in October. I’ve never had a problem with using it until today when I was treated disgustingly by one of the employees. I wasn’t able to catch her name but she must have been one of the managers or shift leads. She told me that I had either “used up all my meals for the year” and that the card was “inactive” and was then told I had no choice but to pay full price. She was extremely incompetent and wouldn’t hear me out. This card was given to me by THEIR LOCATION and she had the audacity to mock me and say it doesn’t work. Hello, Cane review readers. This is my 1st time ever eating and posted review of Raising Cane's Chicken in New Lenox, Il. New location. An employee opened the outer door and welcomed me in. I placed a three chicken tender order and a medium beverage. Employee half-filled my cup with ice, which was perfect. The place; spotless and organized as I filled my beverage cup. My order was called out before I could take a seat. I got my order from another excellent employee. I sat. All tables sanitized & spotless. The tenders were perfectly hot, fresh, crisp and juicy. Flawlessly deep fried; light golden brown, good fresh new oil. Conclusion: A perfect 10 experience! 100% satisfied!!! I'd definitely return. Highly recommended!!!
