Whoever the lady is that answers the phone has TERRIBLE customer service skills!!! I simply asked for a dressed hot sausage po-boy w/ NO tomatoes. When I get on the phone to order the lady is talking over me the entire time. As I WAS a new customer, I didnât know any prices, so it took me a while to order. I told her I worked at crocs in the riverwalk so that my food can be delivered. When the delivery man gets here, he walked around the WHOLE mall because the LADY did not listen when I said CROCS, instead she wrote Clarkâs. Then when I get my food, I see that there are TOMATOES on my sandwich. So I called and told her about the tomatoes and she was VERY rude. She made two mistakes and I still tried to be nice. She starts going off talking about âjust take the tomatoes offâ. Of course there is nothing that can be done about the tomatoes now, but when a customer calls and Informs you about their order being messed up, you donât be rude. YOU messed up my order, I did nothing wrong. Then she proceeds to say â you didnât even have your order ready and I had to wait on you to get your card information.â Like what does that have to do with you being rude??? Itâs your job to get the card information anyways, so what was the purpose of her saying that?? And I WAS a new customer, the flyer that I received says menu prices are without tax. I didnât know the full price of the food. Long story short, whoever the lady is that answers the phone, you are rude and you need to learn some customer service skills. Learn to listen when customers are ordering, instead of talking over them the entire time. And the fact that a lot of these reviews are saying how rude she is and nothing is being done is completely wrong. Customer Service above all. If she can not be a nice person when she answers the phone, then maybe she shouldnât be around customers AT ALL. I want to speak with a manager and I will NOT be ordering or dining here anymore. I also will not be recommending this...

Telling me to rip up her menu just because I placed an order and was considerate enough to call them back and say I no longer wanted it because the price was way too expensive! I was able to go to Keyâs Food Mart and get the exact same thing they sell for $11 ! not only did this mean lady rush me off the phone she failed to explain that I was ordering two separate plates when I clearly told her that I only wanted one single piece of fish Added to my order! Hereâs some valid criticism your dense brain could not have thought of⊠maybe you should use some discernment and do more diligence when customers are calling in to place an order properly explain that you do NOT offer a la carte options! this would have solved the confusion entirely.
