Came last night to get a snowball. The teenager with the brown hair who served me was terribly rude. I left a tip and didn’t get a thank you (probably one of my biggest pet peeves as I work in the service industry and no matter what kind of tip I get I will always say thank you), she didn’t wipe my snowball cup off so the cup was covered in sticky syrup, when I went to leave I said “thank you guys!” but again I was ignored, I had asked for extra syrup but there was no juice and was very just icy at the top so I had to turn around when walking back to my car to ask for more..Altogether at the end of my experience I was feeling a little frustrated by how I was treated. Read moreSnowballs are fine but the outside area where the tables are located is always a mess. I visited a few days ago for the first time in while. The stand had only been open for a short while and the trash can on the deck was overflowing, obviously from the day before. The staff should be required to dump the trash before leaving and if they do not, the incoming staff should empty first thing when they arrive. Also, there were loose napkins, straws and plastic spoons on the ground. I understand that the staff are young people but they need to be taught that trash and litter on the property is an eyesore and should always...
Read moreAfter taking our order we waited just for a moment, another family came and ordered and they skipped our order. Only 2 minutes had passed. I went up to the front and said I wanted to check on our order. She asked what we ordered. We re-ordered and when we got the snowballs they were basically slushies. They tasted horrible, like straight syrup. It may not have been as bad if there were a proper ratio of ice to syrup. I wanted a snowball... not a slushie. I took two bites of mine and threw it away. My husband tried to drink down the syrup to make it better but still ended with a slushie....
