very peaceful despite the hectic location. the matcha was wonderful. i had a ceremonial grade matcha with oat milk and just a small bit of honey. i am always nervous asking for honey or sweetener because i am not a fan of things that are too sweet. the staff made it perfectly, swiftly all while providing wonderful customer service. it is nice to have an option for quality matcha in new orleans. i’d like to add that when a homeless man entered the establishment asking for water, the staff were patient, kind, and did not escalate. they allowed him to sit and even gave him a refill. that says a lot to me in a city that generally has a horrible attitude towards the homeless who are often victims of displacement. even when the shop was bustling with customers, the sound was never overwhelming. a good place to sit, sip, journal, and rest. i will be making it a point to stop here when i am in the...

Having been to the location in Bellevue,WA, - I was excited to try this spot but also hesitant. I wasn't a huge fan of the bellevue location mostly because there seems to be a matcha cafe every other corner but in NOLA, there isn't too many options.

I came in and was glad it was much more "nicer" and roomier than the Bellevue Location. Friendly service and easy huge menu to read (loved the pics and description).
