This is one of the worst places I've ordered from. The food is always incredible but the SERVICE. Let me start off with the first time I ordered; I call around 10:15 and I request delivery and the girl over the phone says "oh ah ah we are too busy it's going to be over an hour" so I kindly say that's fine I'll come pick it up, then I get to the store and there are no deliveries on the screen, every driver sitting outside smoking cigarettes, and the lovely girl who answered the phone yelling at someone on her personal phone... Then the second time I order around the same time but I place it online and I receive a phone call saying they're out of fries so I ask if I can replace that with whatever the difference is, then the girl gives me attitude so at this point still angry about the first time I say don't worry about it just send me what you have. I purchased ranch that time and didn't receive it after paying so I call back and ask if they could kindly reimburse me or bring it to me, needless to say I never got money back or the ranch. So THIS time which is the straw that broke the camels back I call and I'm greeted with a very rude huff and puff then a "hello" so I say I'd like to make an order for delivery and he blurts out "phone number" I give it to him then he says "address" so I do that too. Then he says "what do you want"🤔 Now I have been very nice this entire time and I ask for ranch yet again and say can you please make sure it's in my order cause I've asked for it in the past and never received it. He was even more rude after that he didn't even ask for my payment option. Read moreOrdered pizza tonight...big mistake! I order the same spinach and bacon pizza it's all I eat. The pizza ALWAYS comes with Alfredo sauce, per the menu discription, tonight it came with tomato sauce which I'm allergic to, can you say epi pen? My pizza came with tomato sauce and as icing on the cake a human hair ( yummy) plus I ordered extra ER sauce (tomatoes) for my boys at an additional cost but did not receive them. I called the store and was told the spinach pizza always comes with tomato sauce, except for the other 50 times I've order it including 4 days ago. Then the "manager" hung up on me. I can get over mistakes as we are all human. This is the third time this week we've ordered from this store the second time our order was a total screw up. The first time we got brownies rather than cheese bread and evidently someone else's pizza which the store corrected without question. No need to post a review because mistake was corrected. Tonight I got an attitude along with a hang up. I don't drive due to a medical condition so sometimes out of necessity I order out. This was our families dinner. With so many other choices you'd think Pizza Hut would strive to beat the competition. After all they are not the least expensive of the national chain but they USE to be the best. Even though Domino's has been kicking their nuts for some time our family has remained loyal to this brand until now. I've consistently recommended this store to my hotel guest until now. Read moreI placed a order it was never delivered. I called the store. I was hung up on twice before I even said anything. The third time calling the store they answered with a immediate,” what you want a refund or something” Then hung up on again.
I then contacted customer service Where I was again hung up on Then another time questionably disconnected.
Finally a third call to customer service. I was told that a complaint was put in and a Regional manager would be in touch in a couple days.
A week later no contact money has not been refunded. My points have not been refunded.
Called again today to another Impolite customer service member.
I was told now it will be sent to yum corporation’s legal team….
Day 9 I was finally contacted by the store manager. Who was not Apologetic at all In fact the opposite trying to blame me for not getting my refund. I gave them my card information and they proceeded to process a refund.
Day 10 the refund hit my account but was for a lesser amount than what was owed. I again called customer service to let them know that a full refund was not completed They told me they were going to open another report and I should get a call in 1-3 days
Day 13
Big surprise I still haven’t heard from anyone. Called again today I was told all they can do is enter another report so another 1-3 day lol
At this point it been almost 2 weeks of fighting to get my money back from a pizza that was never delivered.
pizzahut has taken my money and there’s nothing I can do about it.
