Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New Orleans

This establishment is located in a prime location but lack the professional staff members and the cleaneness of the sitting area and also the restroom that are dirty. I came in there on Easter Night around 8:45pm and I was craving for some shrimps but was dissapointed that they were out of shrimp. I ordered the 2 piece chicken and was dissapointed once again because they were also out of "ketchup", now why didn't the manager on duty which was an older gentleman, tell the the cashier before taking a customer order, tell each customer :We ran out of shrimps and also there's no ketchup to go with your order if needed! But you would take our hard earn money and bag up our order and when a customer mention "Can I get some ketchup",that's when you give them a surprise by saying "Oh were out of ketchup also"! I was baffle that they were out of "Sweet Tea" also! When I tasted the chicken it was warm at all but kinda cold as if it was sitting under the warmer light for a few hours! If you don't mind poor service and a not so clean establishment, than this place is right up your alley! I would not recommend this establishment to any of my family nor friend's, intill the management and staff get retrained on treating every customer that walks threw the doors like family and welcoming them everytime not just look at you and not...

The location on St.Charles Ave. Buyers beware.The older gentleman that is the manager at this location forever, watched his staff in action but did nothing to correct there actions.I notice a gentleman order only small red beans with rice and a biscuit and his name was Joe.Than another guy orders and his name was Joe joe, the staff members was flirting with Joe joe while the store manager watch and said nothing but laughed.The guy named joe joe received his order before the first joe that order beforehand.The first joe asked for his money back and the older store manager gave him a refund without apologizing to joe in the first place. The older manager should of ask why are you asking for a refund but he can care less. If this is the way your upper management treats it's paying customers and the staff doing whatever they want. Than I will take my business elsewhere. No wonder this location rating is so low and they continue to lose customers and profit! Corporate needs to make a surprise visit to this location to see for themselves what really going on at this location. I advise my family and friends and followers to not patronize this location intill changes are made with there Store manager and staff meembers. This happened on a Wednesday...

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. i’m not sure why ive ever ordered from here more than once but alas here i am, once again. tonight, i ordered from uber eats at 10pm. 2, 6-pieces wings. the same flavor. and two sides. it’s now 11:41 and no sign of our food being made. 3 different uber eats drivers have attempted to pick this food up and keep leaving because it’s not being made. i’ve been in person and i’ve ordered and every single time, no matter the circumstances , it’s the worst possible experience with the worst possible service imaginable. they truly need to shut this location down or have corporate come and completely revamp it and train or replace the current staff because the service is disgusting and despicable. oh and IF you ever get your order, guess what, it’s gonna be wrong every time. i’ve never received the correct order from here. i’ll update this if i ever end up receiving my order.

UPDATE: 11:52 THEY JUST CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER TWO HOURS OF WAITING. ALL FOR NOTHING. ON A SUNDAY SO ALL OTHER RESTAURANTS ARE CLOSED. AGAIN, I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS AND I TRULY BELIEVE NOT ONE PERSON THAT WORKS THERE DESERVES TO BE EMPLOYED....
