First time customer at this establishment. I'll start with the positives because the pizza, Truffle Fries and Drinks were some of the best I've had in Pasco County. No complaints and nothing but compliments to the Chef and Bar Tender.
As for the service... Noelle, the server has much to improve on. We walked in and requested patio seating. After waiting for 30 minutes for menus, I took it upon myself to walk back into the dining room and request menus. Noelle came out, and provided service to a new table that just sat and took their order before even taking our drink order. I finally waved her down and gave her our drink order right after she had serviced another new table, she apologized. 20 minutes later our drinks came out. We were more than ready to order our food and she walks away stating she will be right back to take our order. 10 minutes pass and she's taking the order of another new table before finally coming to take our order. Once our order was placed, she asked if we wanted another drink, to which I ordered another. 15 minutes later come our second round of drinks an hour into us being here. 15 minutes later our food arrives. I requested crushed red pepper and Parmesan, only crushed red and oregano was brought after finishing 3/4 of the pizza.
I understand being short staffed. 20 years as a Chef, I understand. I offer this review as an opportunity for growth through recognition of urgency. This place has great potential as the heart of the house pumps out quality food. And the drinks are phenomenal. Focus on training front of house and perhaps more staffing and this place will be an...

Stopped here last night at around 7:30 to try out this location, hopeful it would be as great as the Tarpon Springs location. Unfortunately, it wasn't.
Upon arriving we waited several minutes inside the door to be greeted, despite several staff members seeing us. When we finally were greeted, we requested to be seated outside to enjoy the live music playing at Sims Park. The hostess/server stated "you'll have to wait until I clear off a table". Ok, no problem. So we waited for several minutes inside while the indoor tables were bussed by the same server. We felt a little awkward since there wasn't really an out of the way spot to wait inside, so we headed outside to wait.
After waiting outside the door for several more minutes we decided to sit at an outdoor table that was waiting to be bussed. After waiting at that table another 15 minutes for service, we decided to leave.
When walking passed the door to the restaurant we noticed the same server/hostess that greeted us had already seated and was taking the order of an older well-dressed party that arrived at least 10 minutes after us.
In my opinion, this server assumed that because my wife and I are young and dressed like bikers that we wouldn't tip well. So she chose to ignore us and serve the more well-to-do looking table.
We ended up going to Boulevard Beef and Ale and receiving excellent service by every staff member we encountered. Our server received a 35% tip.
Needless to say, we won't be returning to Backdraughts or recommending them to any of...
Read moreIf you want great drinks but have to wait an hour and a half for your pizza on a Tuesday night this is the place to go. I'll give credit where it's due though because the bartender, Shawn made excellent cocktails. We ordered two pizzas, a personal and a large. After waiting a very long time we inquired with another table about how long it took to get their pizzas and they told us it took an hour but their waitress had told them right off the bat it would be that long, our server didn't mention that to us. If we knew that we would have went elsewhere. Another table was waiting and we talked to them also, they ended up leaving without their pizza because it was taking too long. When we finally got our pizzas the personal was cooked well but the meatballs were dry. The large was mostly undercooked with wet dough throughout. The one piece I ate was just ok. Our server ended up swapping out our pizza for another that was cooked well (cancelled order from the other table we talked to) and she comped our pizzas, which did help the situation a bit. We took it home and reheated it in the oven. The toppings were good but the dough was bland. I've never had a bad brickoven pizza before until now. I'm not sure if this was an off night for this place or the norm but after that experience I won't be back. They have potential but need a...
