The coffee shop caught my eye because I previously lived in WV. So I thought, such a small world! This morning, I finally had the chance to stop by. They have outdoor seating and some indoor seating. The inside is kind of run down and nothing special. Basically just four white walls with little to no decorations. It’s very small inside. It gets very cramped inside when there is a line of customers trying to order and a line for waiting for your order. The menu is very basic. It literally only lists a few items. The wait time wasn’t too bad at all, for it being 8:30AM-9AM on a Saturday. The staff were nice and helpful. The drinks themselves though were disgusting to my mom and I. She got a matcha and I got a caramel latte. She said her drink looked like how a matcha was suppose to look but didn’t taste anything like it. She took one sip and dumped it out. She said the taste was awful. My caramel latte didn’t taste anything like caramel and had a very funny after taste. It was basically a cup full of whole milk with some coffee and no caramel flavor. Almost like a watery/run down drink. I was super bummed that this place wasn’t as good as I was hoping it would be. We will not be going back and I personally do not recommend this coffee shop.

My go to coffee spot, the chai & cold brew is so good! You have to try the pop tarts as well! Everything is good honestly but those are my favs! The first time I came here over a year ago they gave me a free sticker, now I always leave stickers in the tip jar with my tip, my artists friend from Scotland send me a bunch so I leave them around Main Street, because who doesn’t love stickers! I put my mountaineer one on my laptop. Anyways, I love you Mountaineer! The vibes are always chill, the people are sweet, always making conversation, I used to live in Spring Hill and I know they have a location there, next time I’m over there I definitely want to check it out! You can’t go wrong with this place, every time friends visit I bring them here 🩶 Edit: Emily delivered me coffee when my house got destroyed from Helene. It meant the world to me and just goes to show how well Mountaineer treats their regulars and this whole lil community like family. I hope she’s doing okay now and healing. She will be missed, we all loved her so much! Thank you again Mountaineer for all you do! ❤️‍🔥

This is a small, intimate coffee & tea shop with other types of beverages & foods to order. It’s the boba tea that brought us in. The smiling, friendly cashier took our order AND made our teas. For each, the price was good, and the drink was excellent. Mine was the hibiscus tea lemonade with boba, and it looked as good as it tasted. It had just enough ice to make it cold, and not water it down. We sat on the sofa, next to the unisex bathroom, and three tables and chairs by the front window. It was too hot to sit outside. My friend has tried - and loved - the homemade pop tarts. We enjoyed sipping on our teas, and catching up. I look forward to returning with my friend - and other friends who enjoy good coffee and tea!

Didn't order anything asked to speak with owner or manager, the woman behind the counter said she was and I told her I was a small business owner, and I asked if I could leave my lead box there letting her know that we wanted to get the word out that we host zoom meetings about precious metals, to see if anyone was interested in watching and learning about them, well I came back several days later and the box was gone and she said someone must have stolen it, or it got thrown out by the other shift, I said I'll think about coming back, so I went back later on that day and dealt with a guy and told him the situation he said no one could have stolen it since there's 2 camera's in there plus they are standing right there also so that was a Lie, so that tells me it was thrown out probably by the woman after I left, if you didn't want me to put my box there you should have said no instead of taking it and either throwing it away or not mentioning to the other staff not to throw it away costing my money and...
