Usually this place is fine, not my favorite Sub way as they tend to skimp on veggies. I do understand that it is a business, and they must save money somewhere, but when you ask for sweet onion dressing on your Veggie Delight and you end up with a couple slices of tomato and pickles on a bun with a couple pieces of spinach and no dressing you tend to become a very unsatisfied customer. I was looking forward to Subway all day, I only treat myself to it every other pay, and I cant even stomach eating my sub because it's basically a tomato/pickle bread wrap.. what a complete waste of money, and a complete waste of gas getting to this location. When I called in to speak about my disappointment, the girl, Ashley picked up. Our convo was short, and she was kind enough, but when I explained my situation all she had to say was "Okay?" ... I am a manager myself, and if one of my co-workers handled a call like that I would be sitting them down for some coaching on how to manage a complaint. When I asked to speak with the manager, she said "Shes not in right now, we are closing in a few minutes." I asked if she would be in tomorrow. 8am was her reply after checking the schedule. Honestly, I'm ravished after working my shift, and heart broken that I just spent 6 bucks on a loaf of bread, 4 tomato slices, a handful of pickles, and 5 pieces of spinach..its gonna cost me an hour of working to make up for the complete loss of a meal that I was so excited about. They called an attitude and were very rude towards me and basically it was like they were overwhelmed and could not handle being on the phone with me so I should call back after they’re done their rush, I came over here to wait and talk to somebody and there’s basically no rush from what I could see, there’s maybe five people customers in the store and as far as I saw maybe 3 to 4 people working I’m really trying to understand why it was necessary to get rude with me and told me you ain’t got time to talk to me when it’s kind of your job you never answer the phone rude the way you did. I never should’ve been spoken to you like I’m at the point where I don’t know if I ever wanna eat a subway again or if I ever even wanna work at a subway. I feel disrespected and the woman I had spoke to was working drive-through, as well as trying to ring people out on the front...
Read moreGot the order completely wrong. Didn't find out till we got home. Went back, after calling, food wasn't ready ask for my, got my money back a dollar short. I believe the major problem is they can't hear the orders through the outside speaker. That's no excuse though for not getting the order right. You find out what they want when they pull up to the window or tell them to pull up that you can't understand them. And you know what the price of gas you could have $6 on to the bill extra since I had to go to supposedly get new ones, and then return home. I will never go there again. Plus it seems like they're going back to the old Subway where everything...
