Not one guest was in the building. No reason my food was not doubled checked or boxed right. Seth is a pathetic manager. His employee made a mistake and forgot to box the 7 dollar box. Forgot the main sandwich in the box and when I call back Seth doesnât even know what comes in the box⌠and then says I can either waste my gas and come back for my sandwich and no refund. Or I can have a refund. But I cannot have both. So I already pay for the sandwich and I have to waste my gas to come back???? he says he doesnât care call corporate you're not getting both. Total joke. Your employee made a mistake. Yes, Seth a mistake. now you correct it since I have to come back and waste my time and my gas when I did everything correct.    Read moreI know this location is very new to the area, but I have to say I am disappointed on how they handled my complaint. I had stopped in a week and a half ago and grabbed a deluxe box meal. For the drink I had ordered the sweet tea. When I got home I noticed my cup had an initial âBâ written on the side of the cup in sharpie. I tried to look up a number to call to let them know and could not find one on google. So I stopped by today, order the same thing, but this time with no drink. I then proceeded to tell the lady at the drive through of what had happened the last time I was there and she was VERY dismissive. She told me that none of the employees are allowed to have their cups up front, also proceeded to tell me that none of the employees drink the tea because they donât like the lemon flavor of it. She asked if it was written on the top of the cup and I told her no that it was written on the side with sharpie. She was clueless. She did end up giving me a lousy discount that in my opinion just took off the tax of my meal. Could use some training on customer service...
   Read moreI had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up...
