My experience at Rich Lucky Hot Pot was nothing short of amazing. The fish maw chicken soup base was a standout, renowned for its healing properties. It moisturizes the lungs, nourishes the kidneys, and replenishes the body's essence. With its high-grade collagen and a variety of essential vitamins and trace elements like calcium, zinc, iron, and selenium, it's a nutritional powerhouse. I was impressed by the soup's 84.2% protein content and minimal 0.2% fat, making it an ideal high-protein, low-fat option.
What truly elevated the experience was the joy of cooking fresh vegetables and meats in the rich soup base. The ingredients soaked up the broth's flavors, enhancing both the soup's richness and the taste of the vegetables and meats. It was a delightful fusion of flavors that brought out the best in each ingredient.
To top it off, the Crispy Fried Shrimp Ball appetizer was a perfect start. It was wonderfully crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, offering a delightful contrast in texture. Every bite reflected the quality and care that Rich Lucky Hot Pot puts into their dishes. It's definitely a must-visit for hot pot enthusiasts and anyone looking for a nourishing and...

No trees or fish ponds inside but rather the feel of a street market in Hong Kong. Really nicely done.
