A & C Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I haven’t ordered from them in years because of other things, but I figured since they reopened they might’ve changed. I ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken wings. My shrimp fried rice legit had four little shrimp in it lol on top of that wasn’t much taste to it. I ordered boneless rib tips, which were literally over cooked, I couldn’t even chew it. The meat wasn't tender at all. Honestly wouldn’t recommend it at all and won’t even order from here again. Also, I ordered delivery and they called me to come down to meet the guy, I’m ordering delivery for a reason. I messed up my foot, which is why I didn’t go out to get food. I still had to meet the guy half way.. If I could give one...

Dear A&C Kitchen , we love to order food from you guys but recently the 3 rd Party Answering service ( Philipino accent ) started to take our orders and started to mess up the order. I have asked them to put me on the phone back to the restaurant ladies but they don't seem to get my request. Long story short, I tried few times but they still did not correct my order eventually had to call somewhere else rather then speaking to their "supervisor" for Orange chicken brocolli and Lo Mein Combo orders ! They don't get it but the sweet ladies over the phone does ! What a drama ..lol ! ...

I ordered some spare ribs from there. Just just with the long bone. Once the delivery guy he was kind of rude. I gave him a tip based off what I ordered. He didn’t even say thank you.
