Allure Cocktail Lounge — Restaurant in New York

This week, our evening at Allure, the newest addition to City Nights Hospitality located in the historic Hotel Belleclaire, was nothing short of spectacular. Finding a place that perfectly marries luxury with comfort is rare, but Allure achieves this effortlessly, creating an atmosphere where quality is paramount and service is imbued with kindness. Upon stepping into Allure, I was immediately struck by the meticulous attention to detail. The venue's lighting and interior design set a mood that's both inviting and sophisticated. The ethereal skylight beautifully illuminated the space, accentuating the innovative cocktails and exceptional cuisine. As someone who dines out nightly and has discerning tastes, I found dining at Allure to be a true culinary journey. Each dish was a testament to the fusion of culinary excellence and contemporary gastronomy. The bold and inventive flavors reflect a world-class standard, elevating it to a culinary haven where exquisite dining meets a chic, vibrant atmosphere. We are eagerly planning our next visit. The transition to the lounge area post-dinner was seamless. The space redefines dining with its effortlessly hip ambiance. Here, it's not just about the meal; it's about the entire experience. The cocktails, a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, each narrated its own unique story. The vibe at Allure is a perfect blend of fine dining and urban elegance. Relaxing in a space as stylish and sophisticated as it is welcoming was an absolute delight after savoring flavors from around the world. The music, perfectly curated, enhanced the upscale yet inviting atmosphere. Allure is more than just a meal; it's a destination. It offers an opportunity to indulge in top-tier cuisine and immerse oneself in a chic, upscale environment that perfectly encapsulates the after-dinner experience. It's the ideal spot to linger after dinner, especially important this time as we had a couple of high-profile friends in from Los Angeles. We're always on the lookout for the best spots in New York to host them, and Allure certainly didn't disappoint. As we sipped and chatted, over two hours just flew by, a testament to the captivating ambiance...

Overall, a disappointment and not recommended for Sunday brunch. Entrance to the restaurant is directly adjacent to a busy hotel lobby check-in desk. It does have a lovely room with a glass arched roof but the lighting is insufficient and the room was dark on a rainy day. The kitchen forgot two poached eggs that were supposed to accompany the avocado and toast appetizer on the prix fixe menu. The waitress initially argued with us that the dish did not have eggs until we implored her to look again at the menu. The cinnamon raison French toast had minimal searing of the outer edge, no egg uptake or cooking of internal bread, and although promised with real maple syrup, it was served with both a sweet butter sauce and pancake syrup. It was Mother's Day with several large tables filled, but we waited 1 1/4 hours after finishing our appetizer before the meal was served. Coffee was never refilled, dirty dishes remained on the table unless we asked for them to be cleared. Woefully...

We recently hosted our daughter and future son-in-laws engagement party at Allure Restaurant & Lounge, and it was outstanding. The food was amazing as were the cocktails! The best part was the team that worked with us to make the night a success. From the ease of collaborating with the event planners, to the mixologists as well as the entire staff that worked the party, everyone went out of their way to provide incredible service which resulted in a perfectly curated event. The team also found us a great DJ! This new addition to City Nights Hospitality is a gem. I had no doubt that it would be a success as I have hosted events at their other locations. They always shine when it comes to their culinary offerings as well as the attention to detail. The lounge has great ambiance as well as a sexy vibe and was perfect for our group of 100. I highly recommend Allure for not only events, but for a night out. They excel in every way! Thanks Allure for making this special time...
