Terrible Experience – Do Not Waste Your Time or Money!

I had the most disappointing experience at this coffee shop, and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. First of all, the staff was unbelievably rude. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also acted like I was an inconvenience just by being there. Customer service was nonexistent, and I was made to feel completely unwelcome.

As if that wasn’t enough, the food was ridiculously overpriced for what it was. The portions were small, the quality was subpar, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. I honestly felt like I was being ripped off for mediocre food that wasn’t worth a fraction of the price.

The service was slow, disorganized, and just plain bad. I waited forever for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong. No apology, no effort to fix it. Just a disappointing mess all around.

Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else. This place has absolutely no respect for its customers or their hard-earned money. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest you...

Unfortunately, when I visited this morning had just finished working a double shift. So as much as I would have loved to stay and dine in... I don't think it would be appropriate for me falling asleep in my food. So I bought a few assorted items to go. Forgive me in my Delirious state I don't know The proper names of the items I can only describe them, Eggplant pastry that hint of a savory tomato base, by far...my favorite..I also bought a cheese bourek and mushroom bourek, Also two mini sweet pastries, one with just sugar, the other with chocolate. EVERYTHING was delicious...it's places like these that make it so hard for me lose weight....🤣 Service was quick and friendly, and there was a nice crowd of individuals within. Really look forward to dining...

This place is a GEM ✨ I came here before my flight leaving NY, if I had known how AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS everything was I would have been here everyday while I was there. I bought a handful of pastry’s, ate them there & I swear I was in heaven. The taste was like nothing else, I realized I would have been crazy if I didn’t get more. I ended up bringing 3 chocolate croissants home to GA, a few more pastries & I had a breakfast croissant I’m not sure what was in it but MY GOD so so good. My parents loved the croissants I brought to them & we still talk about how delicious they were (that’s after a flight and a day & they were still unbelievably good). 10/10 would highly recommend while in NY!
