Normally I like Dollar Tree. Unfortunately I had a bad experience today. The Rude Boy Cashier, I was on line the gentlemen in front of me left the line, mind you I wasn't aware Rude Boy had already started ringing the gentlemen up. So I had two items I say ok you can ring me while he's wherever. Rude Boy. "NO I CAN'T"! ME: WHY? RUDE BOY: He's first. ME: Ok I'm aware of that. But, he left the line. Mind u, the gentlemen didn t just come directly back. Me: It's only 2 items what's the problem. Remember, I said I wasn't aware Rude Boy started ringing the gentlemen's merchandise. Now Rude Boy is really being Rude. We going back and fourth. I guess he realized I'm arguing with the customer with witnesses. Then that's when he states he'd started ringing the gentlemen up already. I had to put him in his place. Mind u the whole time he's on his Damn Cell Phone. Is that Professional or what. Like I told him Communication is Always the Key..... I was never rude nor nasty to him at anytime. I said to him that's all in had to say in the first place. Get it together $$$$$Tree... This is the Type of person you got Representing your Establishment. I will take my Dollar elsewhere. COMMUNICATION AND RESPECT GO A...
Read moreThis location does not get good inventory in comparison to other Dollar Tree locations Ive visted. Unpacked boxes are ALWAYS throughout the aisles so who knows what the true inventory is. The cashiers are often loud, and unprofessional. Really wish businesses in my community took more pride in how they treat customers as far as customer service AND comparable options to other Dollar Tree locations in predominately Non-Black neighborhood's. Im guessing when gentrification is fully in place then the businesses, including this one will hold themselves to HIGH standards. This community, MY community matters. We want great inventory AND at minimum "good" customer service. We...
Read moreI love and want to support my local dollar tree but there's room for improvement. Today, I noticed the store looked more clean and organized in the aisles which is a wonderful thing. I feel like they need more people there who want to work. Most of the time the shelves are empty but it's boxes everywhere. That last aisle towards the front of the store looks like a tornado hit it. The early morning weekend staff are usually very nice. Maybe if they hired more staff to get the store organized and someone to restock shelves it would be much better shopping experience for...
