Irie — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats and paid around 58 dollars. I Waited 50 minutes for my order and did not receive any napkins,utensils, or straws for my drinks. I received my order and and my order was missing what I wanted( baked Mac and cheese). My significant other ordered a pink lemonade and instead of calling me to confirm if it was okay to swap out for something else they assume I wanted fruit punch or whatever the red drink was.I called them so they can correct my order, they asked me if it was possible to leave my residence so I can pick up the correct order. I’m currently injured so I told them no, I was unable to leave my residence, with that being said they stated they will get in contact with the driver so they can send me the correct order, I wait 10 minutes to no call back. I wait 10 minutes I was about to eat my food and realize that there was a piece of hair Wrapped in my jerk chicken. I was flabbergasted with the customer service when I called them back they sent me to voice mail. I had to leave my residence injured to correct my issue, This is why I ordered Uber eats in the first place, I was completely disgusted and just requested my money back, I will never go to them...

Tracy is nasty I use to go there n d patties drop on d floor n she wait until the customers leave for her to put dem in the show case plus the macaroni and cheese the same dirty green rag that them use to wipe the table is the same cloth dem use in the macaroni wen it's cooked to remove the water plus the sorrow drink is not home made it's squeeze drink that she pour into the plastic bottle n she add sugar to it n her father wen he is doing it add rum or rum extract to it n yes I use to work there n theft wasn't wat Tracy fired me 4 my cousin use to work there as well and he work there 4 a day 5 hrs for $50 n wen Tracy was to pay him she didn't wanted to pay so he called her n tell her to give me his pay but wen she refuse to do so he called her n cuss her out n she didn't like that so she fired me. Tracy u need to stop take ur workers tip ok boss isn't suppose to do that n start paying ur workers better $60 for a 8 hrs period...

I'll give it a 2 because the goat roti is good but the service in this place is terrible. I don't know how they are still open. If I order food over the phone it is never ready when I get there. Never! Not one time has it been ready and when I get there I have to wait like I JUST placed the order. They are slow to fix your food and take their sweet time doing everything else. If you go in and order 2 pieces of chicken they put 2 patties instead of chicken in the bag every single time without fail. If you order something that costs $5.50 and you give them $6 you have to ask for your change back and then they look at you like you're being petty for asking for your money! I can go on and on about the service here because every time I've gone here it was never an easy in and out process. Which is exactly why I have stopped going all together. This place...
