Whatever you do, please refrain from ever calling this cab service. If you do decide to call them, be aware you will have a very horrible experience. The customer service is non existing. This car service does not value its customers. When you call and they tell you that your car will arrive in 5 minutes, be sure that you have 10-15 minutes to spare waiting on the arrival of the car. The drivers have zero hospitality nor customer appreciation. I had a driver one time who refused to take me to work (causing me to be late and lose pay) because I quote "he couldn't take me because I'm a person he picked up before that refused to pay him" I have never seen this driver before, furthermore I have never had any incident in my life where I refused to pay for services that was rendered to me. This was clearly a scenario of mistaken identity but this happened to cause me to be late for work, by waiting an additional 15 minutes for another car to arrive as a replacement for this nut job. Moral of the story, Try New Lots Car Service if you need a ride and want to be treated with respect during your ride in a CLEAN car that arrives on time.

   Read moreDispatch was nice , car arrived on time . I won’t lump all drivers into my one review because I have had a few great ones but the driver on my most recent trip was horrific . Didn’t understand how to use the GPS , was driving extremely aggressively with the other drivers on the road like if it was a competition , blasting his personal music like if he was driving around a group of friends , didn’t understand basic directions (go left go right ) and MOST IMPORTANTLY was dishonest . I already confirmed the price multiple times and he definitely added on a few dollars . Then proceeded to claim to not have a few dollars change to try to get an even bigger tip than the one he snuck on to the original price . Obviously if this is a CASH transaction / company you would have a few dollars on hand as a driver and not expect everyone to have exact change . Especially with the total being a random number an example being 35.65 . As a consumer , I highly doubt we want our personal safety or our finances...
   Read moreI take this cab service EVERYDAY, but to today I am very freaking ashamed to have spent so much money with these rude people. I don’t know which lady I just got off the phone with but she was very rude. She did not listen, and wouldn’t let me talk. She told me there was nothing else to talk about after I simply asked about the policy. She could’ve simple explained in a professional manner that the policy changed or the 100’s of Cab’s I took prior were doing their jobs wrong. I will not be taking flamingo again and they have lost a loyal customer. I wish I could get back my hundreds of dollars spent with them. Rude, unprofessional, obnoxious and over all disrespectful. They were great until today and they need to retrain that lady in costumer service or find her a new job! She make West Indians and Caribbean people look bad and mean like people say...
