My friend and I went there by chance because our usual coffee shop was overcrowded 2 months ago, and it's now a place we frequent. It's a small, very clean, cozy and comfortable Italian coffee shop/ ice cream parlor, that serves coffee, hot chocolate, ice cream and gelato, and various desserts and noshes. Servers will bring your order to the table, and are very solicitous with the elderly, mothers with infants, or anybody who may require assistance of any kind. Unlike a lot of bustling coffee spots, it's not noisy, and you can enjoy a conversation without having to shout or straining to hear what is said. You can order your very well made coffee in a to-go cup ( only $2 for a small) or in a lovely white porcelain cup with a saucer; with the latter you get a mini chocolate wafer to munch on as you sip. To use one word to describe your experience in Amorino, it's charming. From the pottery, to the shelves with displayes of biscotti and mini macarons, to plump angels which are the main theme in the decor. There's one table with arm chairs and a mock fireplace, several small tables and several more tall ones with bar stools. There is a bench out front to enjoy during the evening hours. Couple lounge chairs for a cafe feel. There are a few high tables and stools for those enjoying a quick bite, but from experience I will pass - the tables are usually sticky from all the melted gelato. I will opt to take my cone to go and stroll around the neighborhood.

The line here varies but definitely long during evening hours and during the summer. The line is long mainly due to people sampling all the gelato flavors ranging from limoncello to amaretto to fruit to nuts. The servers behind the counter will be running around to grabbing all the flavors the customers want to sample.
