Simo is a wonderful addition to our Greenwich Village neighborhood. The interior design is beautiful, but has limited indoor dining and four tables outside. The marketing and concept of Simo was well thought out enticing my neighbors and I to dine their for lunch @ 1pm on a Wednesday afternoon. We ordered three different personal size pizzas, it all looked so appetizing, but it was cold and very soggy in the middle of each slice with the toppings sliding off. We requested the pizzas to be reheated in the oven to piping hot, but still was cold. The experience dining outside was nice, but the pizzas did not meet our great expectations of a few steps from Napoli. We wish the pizzas taste amazing like the Simo’s Concept. Prior review: I was loving this place but they changed the olives on the pizza and the new ones are crap from a can. I won't go back because the olives made the pizza.

Read moreMiserable experience. The counter guy keyed in my order wrong so when they brought me the pizza I sent it back and he had the audacity to come ask me for $3.50 to get it right. My boyfriend was finished with his meal by the time they finally had my pizza ready. Then I asked for Calabrian chili oil and he gave me a speech about how this was an authentic place and they did not have it (they do). Also he would not allow me to use a glass instead of plastic for dining outside in their sidewalk shed. The meat packing location is a longtime favorite. I won’t bother to...
