this place is FANTASTIC!!! i literally only order from here and trust this restaurant more than i trust my own life!! this is genuinely the BEST chinese restaurant in the whole entire world. the staff is so friendly and polite and NEVER ONCE made a mistake on any of my orders, not only is the food DELICIOUS, HIGH QUALITY, AMAZING IN QUANTITY, HOT, AND VERY FLAVOURFUL, but they also gave me a free egg roll and some chopsticks which made my day THE BEST!!! i wish i could give a 100 star review and i wish i was rich because i would pay for everything in this restaurant and help the hard working people. amy’s chinese restaurant i cant thank you enough for all the amazing food and experiences you’ve all provided me with they always make my rice extra dark just the way i love it. so, i ONLY SUGGEST AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ONLY EAT HERE!! Food is decent, but service is HORRIBLE! Included no chopsticks or fork, or any napkin during the first delivery. I called immediately. The female who took the call got furious and argued that it was MY FAULT not asking for utensils, then she attempted to justify her position by claiming that it was too late because the delivery guy left my place. On top of that, she said that the delivery guy was mad at me (after I paid him a more than healthy 50% tip!)

To their defense: the delivery guy came back 20 minutes later and gave me the utensils. However, I have no idea what a dirty penny was doing in the plastic bag.

Amy's is a lovely gem. Blink and you will miss it but for such a small place they turn out some very good American Chinese food. The staff is pleasant and efficient, the area is clean and they do have a sauce assortment available to patrons. (This may not seem like a big deal but I don't see it much anymore). The food was hot, generous and flavorful and most importantly not full of oil or grease. The egg rolls are crisp and not too salty. The vegetables were crisp and fresh along with a sauce I cannot express fully. Spicy but not overwhelming with a nice sweetness. I usually cannot finish an entire meal but Amy's was too...
