To start off, I'd like to say that I was debating giving one or two stars. I went here multiple times, and a few problems stuck out. The customer to worker ratio is way off. There seem to be too many customers for them to handle. Me and one other person went for a manicure and pedicure, and what should have been an hour at the latest was two hours. Which would have been easily avoided if they didn't stop to go to a new person every time. We had an appointment for 6:00 and left close to 8, 30 minutes after it closes. While all this was happening, new people were coming in and out much faster then I could even get polish on. They are never constant it seems, and they switch workers to the point you don't even know who's working with you. Also, the wax with the pedicure is never taken off after. an hour later, they finally get to the manicure. For some reason, this takes another one. The person i was with works at a salon, and while she doesn't do nails, she knows how long it should take: 45 minutes. I felt rushed and like I was being ignored as they hardly even got to me. I understand that I am not the only person, but I had a 6:00 appointment and honestly I had no intention of staying later than closing time. Another thing is the cost Previously, I had gotten gel polish which they had to take off this time. They charged 5 dollars for taking it off. This makes even less sense when you realize that you payed more taking off the gel than getting it done. Plus, they kept the remover on for way too long and I myself had to take it off so my nails don't dry out or get ruined. As they were doing my fingernails, they proceed to buff and file more and more layers off of my nail. Now what awaits: chipped and broken nails. I will have fun with my now weak nails grieving the time I will never be able...

I just went to this place because I was looking for a nail place and on the way I saw their nail salon and I stopped by. The moment I walked in, they were trying to start my nail right away without even listening to my discussion Of what I want-or Without showing them which Nail I’m trying to do. Looks like they were in very much rush to start with me, even though there are no other customer except One. They were also trying to convince my eight year old daughter to do her nails. Finally, I decided to Do the Gel manicure which cost me $40 but the lady did a horrible job on that. At the end. when I was trying to show her all the errors she was trying to push me out of the store and Was rushing to get the money. I felt like they wanted a one time business which means they did a horrible job and they know that they did not do a good job so they were trying to kick me out of the store so I cannot complain about their ugly poor quality work. Decided to go here due to the promotion of $10 off gel manicure. 🦋the place is very small and all cramped into one place. They do waxes and other services as well. 🦋I got a regular pedicure, and the pedicure was done well. I thought they didn't have a message on the chairs... since i didn't see any buttons &/or they didn't offer. (Later, when i was getting my nails done, I saw someone getting a message on the chair)... that was disappointing to me. 🦋I got the paraffin treatment. 🦋I wasn't happy with my gel manicure, I chose the color, yes, but I made sure to confirm if it would be clear or have a base color as it was advertised. I let her know my concerns right away after i saw the first nail. But she said let me do 3-4 layers, and it will be OK. Well, i wasn't happy. In the end, she offered to soak and do again or choose another gel similar to go on top. So she chose something similar.
