Solid 4.5 stars. Honestly surprised this concept hasn't been done yet in NYC - a chic bar that sells boozy ice cream and sorbet! As someone who isn't a big fan of alcohol -- you can definitely taste it but it doesn't overpower the ice cream, it's still very tasty. Idk how they do it but it's suuuuper smooth and soft too. A fun date night spot or for small groups, wouldn't go here with a crowd since it's a small space. Also: aesthetic af packaging for anyone who cares lol

Taste: we tried the ABC, strawberry daiquiri, and drunken snowman (seasonal). Unfortunately they were out of all sorbets and a few of the ice cream flavors. ABC is great, creamy and a bit caramel-y - was my bf's fave. I liked the strawberry daiquiri, tastes exactly like the cocktail if you're looking for something fruity. The drunken snowman was pure chocolate, was too sweet for us but you would enjoy it if you're a fan of those super thick & rich hot chocolates some places serve.

Price/value: the portions look small but honestly a good size for me. For $7-10 for the small size, it's a bit pricey for ice cream but they do use pretty nice booze so I think its reasonable. Not really sure what the alc % is though, I didn't feel anything and I'm a super lightweight.

Inside/vibes: the space is pretty small, can probably seat/stand around 10 people at the bar and there are a few tables / bench seating for maybe 15 more? We went early on a Saturday night and found seats but I can imagine that it could get pretty crowded during warmer months. Didn't take too long to get service. Kinda romantic ambiance (dimly lit, cozy) but wouldn't come for the decor - it's fine but nothing to write home about.

Overall a solid spot and I'd come back to try some of their other flavors if I'm in the area but it's definitely a bit gimmicky (it's ice cream + booze - you're not going to get drunk & there are places with better tasting ice cream / more unique flavors) so it's not a spot I'd regularly visit unless they...

This spot was on my list of things to check out while in the city. When I added it to my New York map I noted that it was in close proximity to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery that I also wanted to check out. As such, I opted to eat a small bite at Starbucks and have dessert at this spot.

First- getting to this spot. We are staying in midtown and an Uber would have cost $50 bucks to get to this location! Yes- that is USD!! I just could not justify spending that amount just to support a few businesses. As such, We did what the locals do- took the subway! It is actually pretty easy to get around. We just opened up the maps app and selected transit. It tells you what station to walk to, as well as how many stops you will make prior to the one you need to depart at. It’s only $2.90 per ride, so a much better deal than the cost of Uber.

Once we arrived at this spot we viewed the menu that was posted outside at the door. Once we committed to trying it out we walked in and immediately greeted by the staff behind the bar. This is a small location, but such a cute spot for a date night or a girls night out. The decor is simple and the containers of the ice cream are utilized as decor. Very cute vibe!

The staff suggested the Lucky brownie since I advised I wanted something more like dessert. It’s $10 for a small. I personally think it’s more than enough ice cream. However, I can see how some may think it’s too small of a quantity for the price point.

When I grabbed a spoonful and let it enter my mouth/ my taste buds were satisfied. I don’t really know how ti describe it, but it was a pleasant taste and not a strong alcoholic taste.

If you want to try something a little unique I would highly suggest checking...

My girlfriend planned the perfect date day for us. And Aubi & Ramsa was the last stop on our date. Bartender was very nice from beginning to end. Gave us recommendations on what to try and it did not disappoint!!! I think his name was Leonardo hope that’s was his name cant remember to surely. Big shout out to him for his excellent service he provided to us that evening. I had the Irish Coffee where fresh coffee was brewed and poured over top. See the video I uploaded. The smell of the coffee ☕️ hit my nose smell so good and paired well with the ice cream. The balance between alcohol and ice cream was perfect. You get to enjoys a sweet creamy savory treat wit a little buzz in it. The scones one I had was Strawberries 🍓 and Rose 🍾 . Yes I had two !!! The Strawberries 🍓 and Rose🍾 was as sorbet. This was so good tasted the strawberries and taste the rose. You could see little pieces of strawberries in it. I even asked the bartender if he could make me a glass of rose and strawberries 🤣. My lady hade the Agave Dulce De Leche. This is what she said about hers “the flavor was amazing, the ice cream was rich and creamy the caramel swirl in the ice cream held the taste of the liquor Overall definitely a 10/10 !”. She only gave me a lil spoon of her 😭🤣. We took home the White Russian, The Coco Loco, & The Highland Truffle. If your wondering price single serve or a personal for one person $9-$10 and a pint is $23. We both enjoyed this lil place can’t wait till they add the floats. We shall both be going back for more to taste this whole menu. Thank you for the experience...
