Barrow's Pub — Restaurant in New York

This is a nondescript pub that wasn't very memorable. I came here for a friend's birthday party and there were only a few customers other than us there the whole evening (on a rainy Saturday), so we had the place mostly to ourselves. The service wasn't great—I wasn't asked if I wanted anything the entire evening, even when I spent more than an hour standing right next to the bar. 3 of my friends said the cocktails they ordered were stingy on the alcohol. Came in with a friend and was immediately approached by a staff member who told me I wasn’t allowed to be there if I was only there to use the bathroom because the gay bar across the street was too crowded (we were there to have drinks, not to use the bathroom and leave).
