I came in here with my guest for dine in lunch. There are 2x kiosks for order take out near the entrance. There is a sign that informs diners that ordering takes a 20 minute wait, which makes sense given that Chicken must be cooked well and that takes time. The venues is clean and new. The service was mediocre from the beginning. Very little interaction with the guest, not much verbal information provided to the guest of an introduction to the place, best seller of popular dishes. The dishes that were made first came out before the main dish which was the honey garlic chicken wings. The dumpling were tasty with the added soy sauce and fries had an excellent crunch to them served with their side of ketchup. My biggest drawback was in service, there was no checking up on the table, so if you needed something like salt and pepper (fries come unseasoned) or even additional napkins essentially needed for cleaning the hands during eating the wings wasn't provided, I had to get up and literally get the staffs attention and call it out across the room like calling a cab across a street. This happen several times when I needed the salt & pepper for the fries, the napkins an 1x additional can of soda. I don't blame new staff for not knowing certain things but if your job is in hospitality and you got 1-2 tables and you continue to ignore your tables for whatever else you prioritize on then that's plain carelessness on dine in guest. Caution: when ordering while you dine in ask ahead for additional napkins, any condiments you made want and request the serving staff to comeback in a minute in case you need something else so you won't have to get up multiple times when dining in a place with careless staff like I had to. Food is great, venue is clean and new, lunch service...

Ordered for the 3rd time since they opened. My order was prepared in a timely manner.
However, they still charged my credit card incorrectly. I was on my car ready to leave when one of the workers stopped me. I had to go back to the store and redo the transaction.
Twice I've ordered from this location. Twice, it wasn't a good experience.
I've ordered the first week they opened. I ordered in-store. It took them 50 mins for an order to completed for a 24 pcs chicken and 1 order fries. Understandable, because it's the first week.
Ordered again. This time it's from their website. I got a notification that my order is ready after 30 mins. To confirm, I called the location. Good thing I called before going there because my order was missing. They had to redo my order.
Twice when I was in store, I've noticed: the employees are in disarray. There's no designated servers, order takers and order fullfillers. An employee could be fullfilling an order, drop what they're doing just to take someone order in the dining area. By the time she gets back doing order fullfillment, the order she was doing is lost. Hence, they get backlog of customers waiting for orders. Other employee just do not know what they're doing, they're all over the place. An employee asked for my order number, went looking for it just to never get back to me the status of my order.
I really want to like this place. The food is really good. It's the service that really hampers the experience for me. I hope it gets better. I will try to order again if it's the same as my previous experience, I won't even bother...
Read moreWe went on monday afternoon, place was empty. we ordered the most popular dishes, the cheeslings fries, cheesling wings, soy garlic wings, and some spicy galbi wings. we also got the kimchi fried rice and stawberry lemonades. the cheesling food was coated in cheap cheese powder so thick it was hard to even taste the actual food. it was pretty foul. The tables on both side of us who came after us and ordered the same fries left them behind as well :/ the wings sauce was too sweet and had all the same taste. the kimchifried rice was the least offensive of the bunch and still underseasoned.honestly the worst korean fried chicken ive ever tried in this city, i guess the red flag is that its a chain and it opened in astoria of all places. youd find 10x better in flushing or the city. no idea how people are rating the food 5 stars. it was barely edible we had to force ourselves to eat half and dump the rest later it got worse when it was cold which ive never experienced w/wings. to top it off the lemonades were watery and barely sweet. every thing was a miss and most ppl who came after us left before us and left food on the table. first time we ever felt hungry still after going out to eat....
