Great spot for Ice Cream with plenty of seating. I remember Big Gay Ice cream when there was a location at South Street Seaport tho it’s no longer there. It’s refreshing to see a location here in Tribeca.

Was really looking forward to trying this place but I get here a bit after it’s supposed to be open and there’s nobody here.. the coffee place in the same store is open and staffed and they had no idea if it was open or closed.. so I gave them my money for a cappuccino. I wanted ice cream more

Edit: it appears as though two of the customers at the coffee place were Big Gay Ice Cream employees.. after I used the restroom I noticed them apparently getting ready for business.. I could be wrong but it seems as though they aren’t interested in running a business.. your other locations being permanently closed makes a lot...

Only soft serve. Very rude cashier. Also said it closed at 10 online but the lady there said she was closing at 9. And she said we could only get soft serve for EIGHT dollars. Ridiculous. Just...
